What customers are saying

4.4/5 - 20 Reviews

Read some helpful reviews of 24 Seven Self Storage at 303 Bedford Court, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

If I could do no stars i would because the operations manager and the desk lady at this specific building are the most inconsiderate and heartless women I have ever met. First off, I rented my unit online. They gave me an access code that didn't work the door so the first 24 hours we rented the unit we couldn't even access it. Then when we could, we were moving our stuff in over night and we set up an air mattress for my kids to lay on while we moved our belongings in. The next morning they put a red lock on my unit and told me I was evicted for breaking the rules and using it as a dwelling. She proceeded to tell me I had 10 days to come and recover my belongings and I had to make an appointment. My purse, all of our clothes, everything was in there and she refused to allow me to get it. I made an appointment for two days later. I ran into vehicle issues and called to tell them I would be a little bit late. They said that's fine call when I got there so they could give me access. So I did. When I arrived it was 12:35. We only had until 2 to get stuff out. I called and it took them until 1:43 pm to allow me in. I w a s not able to recover everything in 17 minutes. And now they are refusing to allow me in today to get my kids and my stuff. They are either gonna auction it today or throw our stuff out. They are very cold people. I guess they've never had anything bad happen in their lives, which I hope it doesn't because karma real and it will get them back. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at 24 Seven Self Storage - 303 Bedford Court include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, 24 hour access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Parking, Elevators, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by 24 Seven Self Storage - 303 Bedford Court start from $41 and can go up to $304 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
