WORST EXPERIENCE Ever . This place is a total scam . I reported the leak in Nov its May Nothing . I was told it will get fixed whenever they get to it . Now Rats have taken over the entire climate control unit building. Rat dropping all over the hall. The rats are have ate through my mattress. Save yourself the heartache and pain of dealing with these demons ... Read more

Renting the space, utilizing the app, and entering the gate has all been a positive experience. Markay called to make sure that everything was going ok. I was able to ask some additional questions at this time, and I was provided with knowledgeable feedback. ... Read more

Customer service sucks I was trying to pack my stuff and ended up being there past 9:00 so I called the phone number that was on the Access hub and because I wasn't the account holder they would not let me out or even tell me what to do so they kept hanging up on me every time I called the number once they heard my voice click click click so I football tackle shoved the gate open call the manager the next day and told her about what happened and instead of her apologizing for one of her colleagues hanging up on me she rudely said "are you saying that you shoved my gate open. if there's any damages you're going to be responsible for it" I said I'm concerned that you're only concern is the gate and not the fact that your employee essentially kidnapped to me lol Even though I'm an authorized user on the account I'm not the account holder they will not help you unless you're the account holder and do not by any means stay past 9:00 PM or you're screwed ... Paid $85 over the phone first month, then it’ll be $35 every month after. Agreed to that but never saw the unit. Saw the unit last night, it’s nasty, the unit IS NOT CLIMATE CONTROLLED. It was one roll of insulation on ceiling, mind as well be pulled down since it’s sagging bad. There is a light in unit but no way to turn it on. No switch, or no pull string, there gaps under doors when closed. My belongings did not seem like they would be safe here. FALSE ADVERTISING FOR CLIMATE CONTROLLED AND IS NOTTTTT!!! Left unit, when to kiosk to complain since i was just there getting gate code, and the lady who answered the live call, said nothing she can do but give me a pro rate refund price for the second month. ?????? Like what i never even paid for a second month??? I need a refund for the first month, on a unit I NEVER EVER USED. First time here, and last time here too. DO NOT COME HERE, save the hassle and headache!! ... Read more

If I could leave no stars I definitely would do such. After being unable to go to my unit for awhile but ensuring my bill was paid ect , I was unaware of the rodent infestation at this location. I arrived with the intention of moving my belongings and storing some other things to find majority of my items covered in rat droppings, containers chewed through , books urinated on ect . I also had a fairly new washer and dryer that were also ruined and to our surprised we go to look at it and something runs out of the back of the machine . I contact consumer service and her empathy and solution was finding another unit , only person that was helpful was another manager who came and verified my claim later that evening . It took over a week for customer service to get back with my and I get a email about a 25 dollar credit as if that resolves the issue . Also they are refusing to vacate my unit because when I had the ability to move the washer and dryer I did not because who wants to travel with potentially live rodents in there truck so I keep receiving almost harassing calls from different managers and the insurance is pretty much a joke aswell. If you have options choose a company that values your belongings and memories instead of places blame as it I called the rats to my unit to move in smh !!! Beware Public storage just does not care ! ... Read more

We used this facility to store our goods while having our house built. We had our household goods stored there for 4 months and found that they had an infestation of rats. We notified the management of the problem and they did not seem to care that our items were covered in rat feces. Needless to say, this has made moving our goods out of the unit a health issue. We were told to take the issue up with our insurance company, as the storage facility does not offer any compensation or consideration for this problem. We reached out to the regional manager and they gave the same response. They have not reached out to us since. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 13410 Warwick Blvd include the following amenities: Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 600 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 13410 Warwick Blvd start from $36 and can go up to $444 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
