Read some helpful reviews of Go Store It at 16830 Hull Street Road, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Update: Increased to 4 stars. Laura called and offered to work with me on the rates and allowed me to pay for 6 months of rent to lock in the better rate. She also stated that they had added some staff to speed up the wait times. Original 1 Star Review: Great intro rate from July 2024 through Feb 2025. 49% increase in March 2025 $93 to $139. 80% increase in rent just received for Oct 2025 $139 to $251. Issues with code not working to enter property. No one on site to help. Long waits on hold to get a temp code. Reported my disappointment about increase. No reply. No option to pay annual or semi-annual for discount. ... Read more

**EDIT** - Perfect example, they replied to this review that I wrote 5 hours after I sent them an email asking them to confirm my move out BEFORE they replied to my email (to which they still haven't replied). Bait and switch pricing. I kinda expected it based on other reviews, but not as fast as it happened. Since they are 5 minutes away from my house I figured I'd see how long I could make it without them trying to raise rent. As soon as I paid my third months rent I got an email saying they will be increasing my rent from 125 to 165 per month. Email was sent in conjunction with my auto pay at 12:30AM so obviously pre-programmed to happen. Over 30% increase three months in. Nobody is ever on site and it it super hard to get in touch with anyone. Place is rundown with potholes everywhere and some non-paved sections. Got a screw in my tire the second time I brought my RV there. Terrible all around. Talked to a locally owned storage facility 20 miles away and they are going to charge me 95 per month versus my new ripoff rent here of 165. Just avoid the headache period and go somewhere else from the start. ... Read more

They do bait and switch pricing here. So their business focus on "FUTURE" clients and for long term clients they will raise their pricing double the price with no additional services offered. It starts $100 for the first year and before it's even 2 years, you'll be paying double that price. So be ware! ... Read more

Poor customer service. The emailed code didnt work. Call button on keypad did nothing. Went in the building - waited for the "virtual manager" but just had to watch the commercials. Called the number - automated system happy to help you pay them but no other help. So now the stuff I needed to store has to sit outside overnight. ... Read more

I’m currently using this location to store my travel trailer. The grounds are very clean with plenty of room to drive around. Michel was great to deal with both over the phone and in person, thank you for the great service. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Go Store It - 16830 Hull Street Road include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 480 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Go Store It - 16830 Hull Street Road start from $54 and can go up to $264 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
