This facility doesn't have an office, the individuals are rude and kicked out a lady that rented it, she rented the unit two weeks ago, under pay for one month and get two free! She sit down in a chair, while adjusting her boxes and furniture, to accommodate several more loads! She has COPD and the wind was blowing, so she pulled the door half way down! The individual patrolling screamed and beat on door, told her that there are no second chances, she violated the lease by pulling door half way down while moving her furniture! She had to bring a lamp to see because the light was flickering off and on but no one fixed it when she contacted them! The individual told her that she had already been there two hours but that wasn't true, it was an hour, and she and her uncle were unloading and then adjusting everything so more items would fit! This is unacceptable!! Don't rent from this place unless you want to be evicted for pulling your door half way down! This young lady had her unit locked and told to have everything out Monday! That's NOT exactly Southern Hospitality! This young lady just rented an apartment but isn't able to occupy it to the 31st of this month! When asked about her sitting in a chair while she was resting from her COPD, Cheyenne stated that it was a violation of their policy and that if a person needs to rest while moving their furniture they have to get in their vehicle and leave their facility, because they can't sit in their vehicle, while they're rusting it's considered loitering! ... The worst experience I've ever had renting a storage they kicked us out the day after we paid rent for closing the door half way to block the sun from blinding us then sent an email without any other form of contacting us and because we work late when we saw the email in the evening of day 2 they were going to throw our belonging in the trash they are awful!!!! Expensive and con artists I would never recommend anyone spend their money with this company!! Terrible place! -10 stars ... Read more

Very nice location. Lighting in the units is great. Clean and monitored. Definitely by the book so don't step out of line. Almost IMPOSSIBLE to speak to anyone directly though and after hours calls were often responded to the next morning. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at 24 Seven Storage - 241 Sampson Creek Road include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Enclosed, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 16 to 456 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by 24 Seven Storage - 241 Sampson Creek Road start from $44 and can go up to $359 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
