Read some helpful reviews of Apple Blossom U Store It at 8112 John Mosby Hwy, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Amazing experience. We were in town for a few weeks on a big project for 7/11. We had to store a bunch of materials so we wouldn't have to drive 2 hours to the wearhouse. They made it extremely easy and simple to rent. Would use again anytime. ... Read more

Apple Blossom U Store It is truly the best storage facility I’ve ever used. The staff is incredibly kind, reasonable, and always willing to help. During COVID, I had a Covid related medical emergency that landed me in the hospital for months, and they were so understanding. They worked with me on my payment when I needed it most, and I’m ever so grateful for their compassion and flexibility. The units are clean, secure, and easy to access. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe and supportive place to store their belongings! ... Read more

I rented a large unit from them for four years, and then one time I was late on a payment — just a couple of months’ delay — and instead of sending me an email, they simply auctioned off all my belongings. I was out of the country. I couldn’t answer calls or read physical mail. But a simple email... it wouldn’t have cost them a cent. I lost a lot of valuable things, but the worst part was losing irreplaceable family photo albums and childhood keepsakes. Never do business with people who wait for you to slip up just so they can tear you apart. ... Read more

We were very happy with this place initially. However, we called to cancel our unit in November when we moved into our new house, and were puzzled that we got a past-due notice in January. We called the office, and the manager was very rude and denied that we had ever closed the account. We had no proof, so we were forced to pay 3 extra months of rent. We are honest people and always pay our bills on time, and are appalled with how we were treated. Please look for other storage facilities--stay away from this one! ... Read more

PLEASE NOTE...this facility may have less expensive storage units, but they will add extra charges anyway they can..when you move in, they prorate any days prior to the first of the month...they tell you "we prorate coming and going"...NOT TRUE...they will charge you for any days you move in before the first of the month, but they will not prorate if you move out before the first of the month...therefore, they only prorate when they can charge you more money before the first...if you want to move out before the 1st of the month, they will not prorate so you can save money...in addition, they will charge you a $ 20.00 late fee if you do not pay for the full month before the 10th of the month and lock the entrance gate so you cannot get into your storage unit...they refused to waive the late fee of $ 20.00 and made me pay the full month's rent of $ 200.00...they told me I could move out anyday during the month after I paid them $220.00...da...do they think I am going to leave the unit empty so they can get paid twice for the unit...please know they are like buzzards waiting to be able to charge you more money...read everything really good...if they see a chance to charge you more money or possibly auction your belongings, their word means nothing...I was also told by another tenant they have people they call to let them know what specific units are valuable so they can bid on them and that her rent had been raised 3 times in a year...I realize what the tenant told me is hearsay, but I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU FIND ANOTHER STORAGE FACILITY...or expect to pay more than you plan to. ... Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Apple Blossom U Store It - 8112 John Mosby Hwy include the following amenities: 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Apple Blossom U Store It - 8112 John Mosby Hwy start from $75 and can go up to $325 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
