For months, we called multiple times every week. Every single time, we were told that Scott Draper would call us back. He never did. Not once. It became painfully clear that this company has no interest in taking responsibility for the mess they created. The only time we heard anything at all was when we mentioned potential legal action and suddenly, magically, someone could respond, but even that was temporary. That alone speaks volumes about how they operate. Their staff repeatedly told us our concerns were being passed along and taken seriously. I don’t blame the employees, I blame the management and leadership who clearly chose to ignore every message, every call, and every attempt we made to resolve this like adults. The lack of accountability is staggering. The lack of professionalism is even worse. We gave them every chance to make this right. Instead, we were met with silence, excuses, and complete indifference. No plan, no follow-through, no resolution. Just a company hoping we’d give up and go away. I cannot say enough good about Big Ben’s moving! From the first call to the last, they were nothing but professional and kind, as well as transparent. The first call, we were able to establish a date and ensure availability. They asked all kinds of questions about the house, square footage, furniture, if it would be mostly packed, and offered full transparency in their pricing. They called me several days prior to the big move to make sure nothing had changed.
