I just got hung up from the girl agent. I tried to call back a few time and they block or ignored my calls. So if I could I would put a 0 star. I am not sure if this is the normal procedure. 1. I was promised that my money would be returned to my account by Monday. 2. There is a miss communication between the agent to submit this through. This meaning was never submitted at the beginning. 3. When I tried to ask for the supervisor name I could have been told that they are not able to provide personal information which is fine but the girl was rude and hung up on. The hours I called was at 5:00 pm so well within the timeframe of opening hours. Super annoyed and upset with how they treat the customer. ... Read more

RENTERS BEWARE - If you want a safe, secure storage unit, I would highly recommend you look elsewhere. Nightmare experience renting from Towne Storage. On August 10th our unit was broken into. I was somehow lucky enough to show up the same morning our unit was being robbed. The unit next to us was able to unscrew 4 dinky little screws and push through our wall, and was loading all of our business/personal valuables into a box truck. (Picture attached) over $5000 worth of our personal and business inventory. Even worse is the thief’s were able to enter the gate using an “after hours emergency code” how Towne Storage would have gave these gem of people such a code is beyond me. Never mind that the gate is usually broken/not working and open all hours of the night. This has to be the least secure storage unit facility we have ever rented from. If I hadn’t caught them in the act, we would have never been able to recover a single thing as the storage unit has still not been able to turn over security cam footage to Orem PD. Nobody from Town storage has even reached out to apologize or say what they are going to do different to prevent such break in’s in the future. Just sad, pathetic and incompetent management. The teenagers they have working in the office are nice, but they don’t know anything and always say “they will have to talk to their manager” who is managing this place??? If you are, call me!! Complete security neglect and incompetence. PLEASE DON’T RENT FROM HERE if you want your valuables to be secure, and drug addicts having “emergency after hours” gate access codes that are tied to nobody. Pretty pathetic that they can’t cough up security footage and provide to police department because “there is too much footage to comb through” in a 2 hour time window from 5-6am? Quit being dodgy and do the right thing, and cooperate with Orem PD. You have our contact info on file, call us please. ... Read more

Disappointed in this business. I have rented this unit for approximately two years. The grounds look clean but I can't believe the amount of dust that gets in. Our belongings are all covered in layers of dust!! I was in the process of moving out when I got notice that they charged my card for another month. I asked to get a prorated refund and was told NO!! It's in the contract that they don't give any sort of refund. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE! They would be happy for me to move out, they keep the extra money and rent to a new renter - EXTRA $$ for them. No Thanks! It's easy to access with the gate code but I'm beyond angry that they won't refund the majority of a month's rent. If you rent here put on your calendar the day the money comes out so you don't make this mistake. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Storage Corner - 1641 West 1200 North include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Storage Corner - 1641 West 1200 North start from $49 and can go up to $272 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
