Was great for a wile than a few months went by a noticed my payment for each month went up 45$ ( on both my units . I called a they said that happens and that you need to call in every 3 MONTHS to negotiate price and they can’t lock it in . No we’re on their sight does it say promotional pricing ! On their web sight it says “web pricing” than the original price crossed out that’s 40$ more . They do not let you know that it’s a limited time when you go in to sign the paper work a get your key . I feel it’s ridiculous that you have call every 2/3 months an “negotiate “ ... Read more

I haven't had to rent storage units for the most of my life, this is probably my second time and both times were through these guys. Whether you fill out the application and make your payment online or over the phone with an agent, the process is always very easy and smooth. They give you a call after the initial process is through to check and make sure everyrhing is ok, which I very much so appreciated because I had no concerns, but questions that were politely and professionaly answered by the agent. Plus, they have multiple locations around Cache Valley so if they dont have a unit available for you at one they'll probably have it at another. And they always have very good promotions and deals going on for first time, current renting, and returning customers as well. If you need a storage unit for any reason and for any period of time I definitely recommend these guys, theyll take care of you all the way through. ... Read more

The rent for my 10x15 unit was $130 a month. I just got a letter in the mail that the cost will be increasing to $213 a month next month. Canceling immediately. I can get a $120 10x20 unit that has an actual office and someone present to help you a few blocks down the road. ... Read more

A bit confusing, no office on site, online I was charged for a lock $29.00 but one was never provided. My husband bought our own to use. The code that was given to us never worked, but we were also eventually given a code for the gate for emergencies that short one works. Better description should be given. And someone should answer the phone! I've never been refunded for the lock that was charged and never supplied. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Extra Space Storage - 777 West 200 South include the following amenities: Drive-Up Access, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Unstaffed Location, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 480 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Extra Space Storage - 777 West 200 South start from $64 and can go up to $220 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
