Read some helpful reviews of Storage Depot at 3207 North 750 East, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Setting up a unit to rent was super easy and the person I talked to was great! I haven't actually used the facility itself yet, so I can't comment on that part. The staff seems really easy to work with so far! ... Read more

It's been great renting a unit from storage depot. Customer service gets back to u in a timely manner and the move in and out process is by far the easiest I've ever had to deal with. I would recommend anyone that's looking for a storage facility to look for a storage depot location. ... Read more

Great experience every step of the way. I was able to book a unit the day of at 3 am online, the entire process was automated and I got my reciepts, gate codes, and everything else I needed without delay. The website is built well and shows different sizes to choose from with helpful images of what the space filled in would look like. The unit and the entire lot were clean when I arrived. They have convenient pay options like auto pay or pay in advance also. If I had to think of something they could do better I wouldn't be able to. Very pleased with everything so far. ... Read more

I’ve been very pleased by Storage Depot’s customer service. A representative always answers the phone to help, or answer any questions. The location is ideal, secure, and easily accessible. And the best part is the cost is quite reasonable, which convinced me that this storage unit is truly the best option. ... Read more

This place is a total scam. They offer a $1 for the first month, which i paid in the 24th. On the 1st they charged me, and on the 4th they locked me out. When I called to ask they told me that the $1 covered the end of October, and I was due on the 1st. Their disclosure even states that the amount covers a 30 day month not a 28 day billing cycle. When I read them their own disclosure, they came back with the "solution" that they would prorate the first month and then use the $1 move in for the second month, which would still cause me to be late (allowing them to still lock me out and charge a late fee). While I was there I saw the manager cut the lock off of somebody's unit and then leave with the unit wide open. Two days later that unit was still wide open. Two other tenants told me the manager cut their cords and broke their property. I'll be moving my stuff out of there for sure. I've gotten my attorney involved, and I'm reporting this to the BBB, consumer services, social media & news outlets. Corrupt businesses need to be stopped. This is not the only issue, just the fibsl straw. They've made promises for rates that they fail to fufill, they dont follow proper eviction laws, and their customer service has no understanding of the word service. Many of their doors wont stay up, the locking mechanisms are broken on quite a few, and gge grounds are poorly kept. There are weeds growing everywhere and in the parking area you can't even distinguish which spots are which because of the weeds overgrowing and the place markers and all moved all over the place. The lights are all broken and flash on and off giving a strobe effect that makes the place look like it's out of a horror movie. And the office is shut down but looks like a tornado tan through it. This place is the pits, total trash. The attached picture shows that their billing cycle DOES NOT go from the 1st to 31st but starts on the move in date and that the rate covers a 30 day month, not a prorated one. Not surprised that every review this place has is negative. ... Read more

This place is infested with mice, I would recommend you stay away from these storages. I tried moving out and they never call you back and they still charge you after you have gotten out of the storage unit. ... Read more

It was ok to have a fairly cheap place to park my RV. With that in mind, the weeds are so bad over there and no matter how many time you bring it up, they don’t take care of it. This makes it a vermin hazard which can bring in snakes, and the majority of the snakes around here aren’t too friendly. The side gate is paddle locked with a chain, but a normal sized person can squeeze through it. I have seen kids going in and out the side gate, luckily all my stuff was ok. I definitely don’t recommend this place. They just want your money! ... Read more

The area is not safe or secure. The gate doesn't close half the time and when it does, it takes 10 minutes to close behind you. The RV area is deep thick gravel that's difficult to drive on and there are no painted lines. The neighbors next to me parked their bus at such an angle that I couldn't get my trailer out. A ticket was created by the call center and I was told I just had to wait 3-5 business days. 2 weeks later I got my trailer out and upon returning less then 4 hours later, someone parked in my spot. I was told to wait 3-5 business days again and that I was out of luck. I drove my trailer to another storage site and signed a lease with them. This place just wants money for long term rentals and don't care. I wouldn't park anything here that you care about. I was also charged twice for insurance. One $8 charge and one $12 and no explanation or fix. They just didn't care. ... Read more

If I could give less than a one star rating I would. This place is actually a NEGATIVE 5. I came to my storage unit tonight to get tools I need for work tomorrow out of my storage shed. The gate would not accept my code. So I called and spoke to the customer service number. They said the gate is temporarily broken and they are trying to get the parts to fix it. They couldn’t even give me a timeframe for when it would be fixed. I told them that I have to get to my unit to get those tools because they are now affecting my income for tomorrow. I asked them what they were going to do about this. They smugly started that they were working on getting the gate fixed. I said you need to takeoff the income I am losing tomorrow due to your gate being broken off of my bill and issue me a credit. They stated that they don’t give credits for that reason. This place has raised my rent from $110 originally to $187 in less than two years. They don’t keep up the property and they don’t even live in this state. I am moving my stuff out asap. Do not rent here. No empathy and customer service does not exist here!! ... Read more

Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 63 to 600 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Storage Depot - 3207 North 750 East start from $25 and can go up to $424 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
