Great deal, great service, great location, and you can use a moving truck for your use when you need it! My family and I have used this service (parents still do, we used it in between moves) and have had an amazing experience. The people that own it live extremely close so if you need something quickly it is easily accommodated. ... Read more

I love them. The lady I talked to helped me decide what was best for what I needed and answered all of my questions very professionally. She was patient with my many many questions and I really enjoy working with her. The place is clean and well cared for. I will keep using them. ... Read more

Just called them and they asked to hold and without waiting for a response placed and order for breakfast. I just hung up. I then got a call back a minute later and he said he was in the drive thru. Seriously, maybe don't answer your phone if you can't answer professionally. I asked about RV storage and he said they don't do that anymore. Apparently they want to get ride of all that they have already in storage and add more building. ... Read more

I had my storage unit broken into and a lot of my items stolen. I was disappointed with Old Mill Storage because they have no cameras or security at night. I also found out that a couple days prior to my unit being broken into, a few other units were also broken into. I feel that this is something that Old Mill should have sent out emails or called their other customers warning them of this and advising a more secure lock on their units rather than the u shaped deadbolts that were cut. ... Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Old Mill Storage - 696 Old Mill Lane include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 48 to 400 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Old Mill Storage - 696 Old Mill Lane start from $70 and can go up to $285 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
