We rented a unit at Block Storage for the past year and a half. Each time we went to Block Storage it was easy to access and the premise was extremely clean. I was very impressed with how clean my storage unit stayed. I never saw dirt or bugs on our personal items. I would recommend Block Storage to family and friends and happily give it a 5 star review! ... Read more

I used Block Storage for approximately 2 years. When the container was closed, it was sealed. Nothing got in! Admin is easy to work with. Digital gated entry was easy to use. Prices are very affordable. If I ever need storage again, I will be using Block Storage. ... Read more

It was a pleasure renting a container storage unit for them. From setting up a new rental to closing out! Nice clean and secure place with many cameras and gated off. Unit was very clean and surprisingly it was not that hot in the container, even with the intense weather Hurricane can get. No leaks, no bugs just perfect for a competitive price point. I would definitely use them again if I needed to. If you’re trying to decide between them and someone else, you will not be disappointed with block storage! 5+ stars!!! ... Read more

I had a unit with Block Storage for the last 6 years. My things were kept safe as there is a code to get into the gate and cameras. The property is clean and the units themselves are secure enough that after all those years, I didn't have any evidence of critters or insects besides a couple tiny old webs that very well could have already been on my things. I would use them again. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Block Storage - 5577 240 N include the following amenities: Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Enclosed, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 80 to 540 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Block Storage - 5577 240 N start from $35 and can go up to $150 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
