It was Labor Day and I was off work. I had procrastinated getting a storage unit and figured I would need to cancel the help I had lined up to help me carry all of my heavy stuff. I decided to give Aspen Springs Storage a try and half an hour I had a storage unit. I did it all online with no delays! I think it was the easiest transaction I’ve ever done! An hour after that I pulled up to their gate with my loaded truck and punched in my code. ... Read more

This facility has excellent access for my large trailer. I have stored my trailers here for over 5 years and have not experienced any security issues. The automated gate and lock have never failed me. My only complaint is that the property has a sand burr problem. I have noticed these weeds have been sprayed in the past but I don't believe they were sprayed last year. For that reason, I sprayed around my trailer this spring to hopefully keep these annoying stickers at bay. ... Read more

Office staff is knowledgeable and thoughtful and they return calls/texts quickly when leaving a message. Easy access off of I-15. Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Aspen Springs Storage - 159 North 1250 West include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 360 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Aspen Springs Storage - 159 North 1250 West start from $42 and can go up to $295 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
