GREAT STORAGE FACILITY: This is my second time renting here. Its centrally located and easy to get to. True climate control, staff is fantastic and always available to address any concerns I may have. As a small business, cost is important. I've found the rates are great compared to other facilities in the area. And the quality of my unit is great. ... Read more

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COST, I have lost so much dealing with this place. Absolutely no Integrity with this company. The staff at this company, it's very dishonest and do not hold up to their words. If this company tells you they're going to do something, make sure you get paper trail to cover yourself and what they've said. SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND ANXIETY OF DEALING WITH THIS PLACE. They seem nice, but take my word they are very dishonest people. The place is infested with mice. THERE ARE SO MANY BREAK INS I HAVE SEEN LOCK'S JUST SITTING OUT ON THE GROUND OPEN UNITS FROM WHERE PEOPLE LIVE BROKEN INTO UNITS JUST LEFT OPEN. This place is nasty they don't clean often which keeps mice around. They evicted some people living in their storage unit and they tore the AC boxes off the wall and damaged the AC it took them almost 3 months to fix the issue in the summer after complaining a lot. I've had to throw so much out. I found at least 15 dead mice in my unit. I was hospitalized for weeks with Hantavirus from cleaning my units with mice poop dead mice etc, so be careful when dealing with cleaning your unit mouse feces/ urine dead mice/ rats. If you're looking into moving in a storage unit here DO NOT,DO NOT, DO NOT. From the four years i've kept my business equipment here. This has been an ongoing issue and it's uncontrollable at this point. I just moved out of my unit last week. Homeless people living in the units, and they are aware of it. THE HOMELESS PEOPLE THAT I HAVE SEEN LIVING HERE LOOKS LIKE DRUG ADDICTS. while moving out my unit last week, I had some random guy walking in and out my units Begging me for my 24hr access code to get in and out. He even felt comfortable enough to tell me that him and his boyfriend was smoking crack and would be up having sex all night in their unit they lived in. I had to play everything cool with him because I felt he was trying to rob me and I had my childern with me. Be very safe if you're there after 10pm be safe over all it's alot of homeless there. If they try to give you a tour and it's at the building their offices in. They usually keep that one clean, the ones up the hill are nasty The building are infested with mice AVIOD. I PAY FOR CLIMATE CONTROL FOR MY UNITS FOR 2 MONTHS IN THE SUMMER WE HAD NO AC NOTHING WAS EVER DISCOUNTED I STILL HAD TO PAY FULL MONTHS RENT FOR THE ALMOST 3 MONTHS IN THE SUMMER OF NO A.C. I HAD TO THROW AWAY A LOT DUE TO THE HEAT MESSING UP SO MUCH IN MY UNIT. Not only was the mice and festive issue, but there was a lot of day books of all kind maggots, eggs from where bugs late to have babies inside of my boxes. The whole place is just nasty. You can keep complaining over and over and they don't do anything or fix the issue they're gonna keep giving you excuse after excuse..The property manager at the front desk is extremely lazy and don't like to get up to see what the issue is she would just keep telling you excuses over and over. When you reach out to upper management, then here comes the dishonesty, and the staff. Trust me IT'S NOT WORTH IT. SOMETHING'S YOU LOSE THAT WILL NEVER HAVE A VALUE OF MONEY THAT YOU CAN NEVER GET BACK andthis company can care less. At first I thought it was just bad staff at this location. However, I fought the company because I was supposed to have been dealing with the Vice President of this company, which she told me she was. However from communication from her shows, she's a property manager, so i'm not sure who have actually spoken with. I have ask for the president/ CEO of this company to reach out and give me a call and that was over a week ago I still haven't heard anything else from these people. However, I was bill after I moved out. I wish I knew how to upload videos to show you all the dead mice and how much I had to throw away But here are some pictures from where they chew through my boxes, or in some of my things, I mainly have videos because it was so much that I had to throw away. It doesn't have an option for videos, so I will upload photos of some of the mice that we found. ... Read more

HUGE SAFETY CONCERN !! STAY SAFE DO NOT LEASE HERE. Multiple issues from the beginning with fear of safety as this place is a homeless park . The units are being reserved for housing vs storage ( both interior and exterior units ) Entry doors are always propped open so that anyone can enter ! Place smells of strong urine . Removing my things ASAP! Update 8/2024 : In addition to my previous review I would like to inform anyone interested or sadly anyone renting currently renting to check on their items asap . I came to discover that my interior heated / cooled unit ( and entire building ) was infested with mice ! Once I asked the manager how long this was going on she stated a month . Mice had chewed on many of my items and a dead mouse was stuck to my toddlers brand new upholstered toddler bead and left a stain that is permanent. There was so much mice feces in my crates/ storage boxes we had to dump many of our items . I spent over $700 between hiring movers and getting into a new facility because I was terrified of the mice and had to immediately move out . I also had water damage to a few of my children’s photos / wall decor :( ! Save yourself your sanity , your money and your most importantly your safety and find a better option. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Mini Storage Depot - 3024 Brick Church Pike include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 225 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
