Read some helpful reviews of Go Store It at 914 3rd Avenue South, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Predatory! The first two to three months, enjoy that discounted price advertised on the internet. They’ll claim they mailed you a letter about the rate increase, but really they don’t (the customer service agent on the phone admitted that). I spoke to other families moving out this weekend and both also said their rate magically tripled 60-90 days later with no letter. They’ll lure you in knowing most people can’t come back to move their stuff. The funny part is when you call them out on it, they will haggle with you on the price. Never knew of a storage facility that haggles. The kicker is no one works in the office. I was transferred a few times over the phone and one agent admitted no one has ever worked out of the facility’s office. Be warned this particular facility is also covered in white dust. Check the bottom of your shoes and your stuff. White dust caked on every floor. It seems that no one cleaned up after this was built or its dust from the exposed spray-on insulation from the ceiling. Either way it cakes on to everything you have. I took a picture of my unit specifically, white dust everywhere. ... Read more

Perfect spot for easy access anywhere in Nashville!! Just found this place between moving places. Management is excellent and helpful. Storage units are indoors, secure, clean and insulated. And one month free! 10/10 recommend if you need extra easy access storage in Nashville ... Read more

Things went very smoothly at first - opted for online vs. instore due to what seemed to be easy. Most was, very fast, convenient. Only one glitch in system - online signing of lease - links sent would not work, so was stalled after getting what seemed to be all pertinent information and paying. Adria would deserve 5th star - she and I figured out a workaround, got lease signed, and was able to access the space within 30 minutes without difficulty. Building easy to find, storage well numbered, looking forward to getting most items stored for sorting later after move and hopefully clearing some out by dumping, donating, or perhaps even selling! Tnx :-) ... Read more

I reserved online and moved in same day without needing to do anything, the process was seamless. Price is incredible for the area. There are always carts available and the building is well maintained (I’ve even seen landscapers there). Management is extremely responsive and helpful, they even helped me load my car once! They swiftly took care of a safety issue (wasn’t their fault, some people are just good at sneaking under the radar). We have 3 units here now and recommend to everyone we know. ... Read more

Worst experience ever. First off, they never emailed me with a gate access code and I had to go out of my way to ask for that, which involved staying on hold forever, then took them a day to finally contact me after I left a voice mail. Secondly, I am paying for a 10x5 unit and they only gave me a 5x5. I tried to clear this up with someone over the phone who insisted that, no, his records show that my unit is 10x5. Trust me, it’s not. It’s a 5x5 perfect square. Nobody is ever here on site to help out cause it’s a “hybrid store.” I asked a customer service rep when someone would be on site to help me, he said until 5pm on Saturday. Here I am, ready to talk to someone and sort all of this out, and AGAIN, nobody is on site. Get it together, people. I’m not usually this rude but this has been a pain in the butt from the beginning. Spend the extra 10 or 20 dollars for a different storage unit to save you all the trouble. Thanks for reading. ... Read more

I have had an amazing experience with them. I would recommend this place to anybody I know looking for a storage unit. I feel safe going there by myself and renting the space was super easy and streamlined and quick. The woman who works there is kind and helpful and even remembered my name. If she’s watching the camera, she opens the door for me so I don’t have to try to awkwardly put in my code while I am holding a bunch of stuff. It’s great. 10/10 ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Go Store It - 914 3rd Avenue South include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Retail Available, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Unstaffed Location, Parking, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 16 to 500 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Go Store It - 914 3rd Avenue South start from $5 and can go up to $356 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
