I use this facility for the company I work for and it is always clean, well lit and secure. Occasionally I'll leave my work van there and never have to worry about it. Tim, the facility manager is a great guy. ... Read more

It was really easy renting online. The staff had everything I needed in my unit within 24 hrs. The only thing I had trouble with was finding my unit. Most of the numbers followed sequence but the 900s are in the front instead of the back. Everything else was great! ... Read more

I rented a unit here for about a year, I've moved all the stuff out that I want and was in the process of getting my couch to someone who wants it. I called today to ask what do I need to do to move everything out and be in good standings. The guy told me I have to give a 3 day notice and I have to pat the full month. I told him I'm not paying a full month which why would they prorate me when I move in the middle of the month but I want to move out on the 4th and they want me to pay a full month? I told him I'm not paying a full month and he said okay, I'll lock you out and I said that's fine I have everything out that I need and he said okay, we will send you to collections. This place is horrible and they dont care about their customers no matter how long you've rented a unit from them. The guy that works there gets to emotional to be dealing with customers. With everything I said you could tell he was getting worked up but I stayed unbothered. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Devon Self Storage - 1620 Lascassas Pike include the following amenities: Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 40 to 420 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Devon Self Storage - 1620 Lascassas Pike start from $43 and can go up to $152 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
