I'll give 5 stars when we are able to make a partial payment. Not everyone has it all on one card and even then what if someone wanted to pay some one week and some another? You can't. Can you fix that? It would be useful. ... Read more

There is ABSOLUTELY no communication whatsoever with any human being here. You can call or go in person and not a soul will be there. It’s super unprofessional. I tried to get in contact with someone multiple times in May to let them know it was my last month renting a unit there. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone on the phone so I sent a text and didn’t even receive a reply until the following day. The only thing that was said was “ok I have it noted you will be out by the 31st of may” so thats what I did. I had all of my stuff out before May 31st with no further instructions given. Then I get a text (of course) on June 13th that my account is past due. So again I text that number back saying I was moved out before the end of May and I will not be paying for the month of June. Anthony so kindly texted me back informing me I have to fill out a move out form and unlock the unit. Why was I told that in June and not the beginning of May when I said that would be my last month renting a unit. I can tell you why. Because the person who runs this place is terrible at their job. Save yourself the headache and rent a storage unit literally ANYWHERE ELSE besides here. ... Read more

Have been trying to cancel our unit for over a week now. Tried both chat and phone call and never get a hold of anyone… then today I finally get into a chat with “support” however they never responded to any of my messages… I finally gave up after 20 mins of no response and after almost the same time of being on hold. Our unit went up almost $30 a month and now I am stuck trying to get out of it… ... Read more

Prices are a little high for me but manageable. The unit is big and clean. The associate was very helpful. Her speech was a little garbled. I think the connection was a little off. Even the video of her was a little jumpy. Otherwise, I had a great experience with the whole system. ... Read more

I rented from here for almost two years. When they had on site staff this place was amazing and well cared for. Now they’ve gone to remote management and this place went downhill FAST. I started off in a 10x10 climate controlled unit. Had a great experience, then they went offsite management. When I moved units to a much larger unit they deactivated my account instead of my one unit, trapping me in the facility. You have to have a code to get in and out. Fortunately I was able to call the move out number after hours and get out. I moved to the back building (building with the 8xx units) had broken AC over three months and all the while my stuff sat in 90-100 degree temperatures while I paid for climate controlled. I checked the temps multiple times and called relentlessly only to be told next week over and over again. They then said the temp was set to 80 and it definitely was never that high when I first moved in and on multiple occasions it was still close to 90 degrees in there. I moved out of that unit before they got it fixed because I was tired of wasting my time and almost five months later that building still smells of mildew. Also they raised rents 40% after six months even when the ac was broken on that unit. (That unit still is available and also at the price they were starting me at before raising my rent…if they’d have left me be instead of being greedy, I’d probably still be there due to convenience) Since they’ve gone offsite management, the place has bugs, skinks (little blue lizards) and spiders inside and out, most of them dead but not always. My smaller unit I had better luck with for a bit. The end of the back building had two ac units and the lower section stayed cooler so I stayed there longer but when they hit me with the 40% rent increase I was out. When I moved out the building stunk of mildew. I had issues with my asthma flaring up in the building due to it. Make sure you shop around, there’s cheaper in the area across the interstate and out off 109. Also to add, they require you buy their insurance or add them as an interested party to your insurance which didn’t used to be a thing but now they’re in it for the $ ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at iStorage - 166 Belinda Pkwy include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 375 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by iStorage - 166 Belinda Pkwy start from $90 and can go up to $470 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
