Awful experience. Rented several years from Mr. Mcfall under the pretense that my storage was under video surveillance, behind locked gates at 10pm and barb wire topped fencing. My storage unit was robbed and conveniently, my unit isn’t covered by cameras and the gates are wide open well after 10pm. Mr. Mcfall said it’s a complete loss as he provides no compensation for the loss. Not even an, ‘I’m sorry’. I was always raised that one is only as good as your word. Well, today my opinion has greatly changed in regard to Mcfall Mini Storage. I feel that I was rented a unit with a false sense of security. That’s not fair, but that’s life, right? ... Read more

They don't even deserve the star I had to give them!! We had a unit on buffalo road next to Thomas St. Someone broke into our unit May 12th weekend and stole about $2000 worth! They also broke into about 10 other units, McFall didn't have any cameras or insurance on our units! I don't not recommend this company! I won't stop until they pay for what was taken!! On another note, not sure who had the bright idea to open the units for business with no insurance, and no cameras, I should also add the cameras for our units was in the office and has been for some time!! ... New buildings and best prices around that I have seen and paid for.I never store much or better yet have only stored a few times for short periods when have no room for nice furniture and property that I dont want damaged while not useing, this place charges rates that compete with all other storage facilities in this area. Some are climate controlled and the owners are very reasonable and approachable and work with people from what I have been told. They also pro rate when you start and move your prooerty out when your finished. They have 3 locations along buffalo road. You can get a 10 x 20 unit as we did and it's well under a hundred dollars and brand new and bug and spider and dirt and rodent and pest free. They look really good and are fairly cheap and look and are actually very secure with alot of surveillance that keep peoples property safe from everything.Very easy to deal with and friendly. ... Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Mc Fall Mini Storage - 1201 Buffalo Road include the following amenities: Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Security Camera and Gate. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
