Read some helpful reviews of All American Storage at 2009 Fisk Road, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

I have been using this place for many, many years. I got it right after my mother died because I was forced to move out of my residence. It was supposed to be temporary. Of course life happens and I still have a unit to this day. I’ve always loved the management and the help. I remember our lock froze and he had to come help us unlock it. Back before paying online, it was sometimes difficult to make payments. They have definitely made their money off me! The sweet guy said we could avoid the late fees with a credit card. I don’t have an actual credit card, but I have two debits, Venmo, cashapp, AND PayPal card. There’s probably 5 stored on my profile. Never been a problem till I actually did forget one month. No one wants to pay late fees, but that’s to be expected I guess. I paid next month’s and still got a late fee. I do this online so I have all the activity. So for years the day after the 5th of the next month is actually considered late and the card on file thing I already mentioned. They must have a new manager or new policy that they never thought to inform their customers of because why do I get a threat on March 31st saying my unit will be sold unless I pay THAT DAY? Including a $50 late fee I don’t even deserve. Well I get paid the 2nd so my plan as always is to pay before the 5th. Why has that changed? I’ve asked for smaller units in the past and was always told in about two weeks one would be open. I mentioned a smaller unit again and was met with harsh criticism. “You still have to pay your bill on time” he said. Well it’s not even the 5th so why are you even threatening me now? So they know of my financial struggles. My phone and internet had been cut off this month so one entire check went to Verizon. I also had to ask for an extension for my utility bill because it was due the 31st. Do people think I’m lying when I say I have no money? I can’t make money appear any faster. I think a company that puts policies in place, should either abide by them as well or if you are going to change things to be more difficult on people, you should legally as least have to inform them first! ... Had issues trying to pay for unit over the phone. Manager was always away. When I decided to pay by check it took 3 weeks to clear my acct . When turning in lock and key, and out of unit Dec 10, which was paid up til the 31st, I had to ask for deposit & he looked at me & said "oh, you want your deposit?, I don't give it back unless the person asks." I said "well, we paid on time every month, and was out 21 days early, yes I want my deposit and was hoping for a pro-rated amount for the month since we were out on the 10th." He wrote a check for the $10 deposit and said I was good to go... really dont think that is fair. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at All American Storage - 2009 Fisk Road include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Security Camera and Parking. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 400 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by All American Storage - 2009 Fisk Road start from $48 and can go up to $196 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
