I have had 1 storage for about 2 years another another just recently rented. The reason I rented it is because I have to sort through all my hides and fabrics that are destroyed by mice. My son's bunk bed mattress and the sofa portion are a total loss. There are numerous boxes I've pulled out that are covered in mouse urine and feces. I have never missed a payment always auto pay. Antiques in the back of unit I've yet to get to and have no idea of damages praying there are none. I'm extremely displeased. 75% of my unit is crafting supplies. I've sorted through approx 25% of my unit. Mice chewed through bags of yarn , fabric, hides, furniture, clothing, bedding and pillows , most of what I've gone through is not recoverable. ... Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Sodak Storage - 6775 East Colorado Blvd include the following amenities: 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Enclosed, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 100 to 700 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Sodak Storage - 6775 East Colorado Blvd start from $20 and can go up to $325 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
