Missy was amazing. Missy was very busy handling out the stores and trying to handle the office and cleaning up storages on the third floor! She goes through a lot and she was the only person that could help us while she’s busy trying to take care of the stores.! My 5-star rating here is largely attributed to Evan's help this past year. I started a rental agreement in 2023. Initially booked online and quickly realized I picked a unit that wasn't big enough. Evan was extremely helpful in showing me a variety of units and getting me set up with a great space. He was also super helpful with helping me understand the payment terms and addressing concerns about the inevitable rate increases. While I was there, Evan looked like he was doing the job of three people as he was the only employee I saw that day and he was tending to a handful of issues on the property while also fielding walk-ins like myself. Such a hard worker while also providing excellent customer service. I called again this year (2024) to make an advance payment and Evan was the one to take my call and help me out again.
