    I dealt with Cindy today and she was absolutely amazing! I thought I had lost my unit but she was tenacious when it came to helping me find out what was happening. She told me she would have to call me back and she actually did! She had fixed everything and I couldn’t be happier! I have had 3 units with SROA and Cindy, by far, is the most knowledgeable and helpful person I have dealt with period! And I have dealt with quite a few! If you are looking for storage, I strongly recommend SROA, if you are looking for the best location, I would 100% recommend SROA at 1313 W. Bobo Newsome Hwy where Cindy is!     I normally don't post bad reviews unless absolutely necessary, and I feel like this is one of those exceptions. Unless something changes, my review will stay the same. My wife and I decided to use this facility due to them offering a climate controlled environment, for which we have many personal and sentimental items that we'd like to keep safe and out of the elements. We frequent the facility often as we also use it as storage for our buisness as there is little room to keep our stock at home. Throughout the summer, we have been there multiple times, and every time, it is hotter and more humid inside the facility than it is outside. We brought this to the attention of the facility manager, because our belongings have started to grow mold and mildew on them, and nothing has been done about it. We paid to have our memories and belongings protected, and now they are being ruined and destroyed as time goes on. As a buisness owner, it's your responsibility to ensure that your customers are satisfied with your product, and we are not satisfied. I just wanted to warn anyone that might be thinking of using this facility, because when they tell you it's climate controlled, they mean it's controlled by the climate outside.     I was Very Pleased with the way they helped me and explained the rates and the new facilities was Very Clean and I feel in my Heart of Hearts that my personal belongings will be extremely safe and secure and the two agents on sight was Very Professional and Knowledgeable and I'm going to recommend all of my family members plus my over 4,000 Facebook friends to do business with you guys and I Extremely Satisfied and thanks for having your new location in a very Accessible? and Convenient place.     The lighting system in the climate control I assume has been changed to turn on only when motion is detected but it absolutely does not detect any motion. Several times now I've tried the switches on both ends of the hallway and I cannot get the light to come on. There's very little light in the parking lot around the climate control entrance and it gets very dark. Also I'd like to add that I know the manager has a lot of different locations and units to handle but every so often those Halls at the climate control locations need to be cleaned. For example the floors swept, trash picked up and the spider webs knocked down. I keep a Broom, dust pan and bug spray in my CC unit located at Location 7 on BoBo Newsom and the past few times I've been there I went ahead and did these things myself to help control bugs and dirt from getting worse and spreading into my unit or anyone else's unit.. and I do understand how busy the manager is and all the responsibilities that come along with that job better someone please try to make it a point to at least get it swept out and dusted and knocked out twice a month if possible pictures on face ends on the highway and I can I get the light too ...
