Extraordinarily competent handling variety of jack-related problems. This family-owned operation covers the spectrum of RV difficulties plus tow, satellite and similar packages. Took my RV in to get an estimate on a roof repair and awning replacement. Got the estimate back for both and sent to insurance company because I filed a claim for it. Took a little while to have it fixed but we didn’t have any trips planned so it was fine. Went back to pick it up and they charged an extra $500 on top of the quote they gave me for “freight and misc. materials”. I’m not sure how this wasn’t included in the original quote, seeing as to get the parts you have to pay for shipping, but now I have to go back to my insurance company to try and get reimbursed. And to add onto the $500 charge, they never informed of this extra costs until I went to pick it up. I also asked for my awning fabric back because it was not damaged and practically brand new. They said they cut it off and must’ve trashed it even though it was sitting inside of my camper to keep. They weren’t sure why they would’ve cut the fabric off the roller, maybe to use on another camper or even possibly on mine and say they got a new one I’m not sure. But they basically told me tough luck and wouldn’t offer any credit for them throwing it away. I don’t think I’ll be going back to them again after this job and customer service. ... Read more

Keep driving don't waste your time nor money. They had my RV for almost 2 weeks. I had a leak of unknown origin the owner said. They said they did a thorough inspection couldn't find the leak. Only thing they found was a wasp nest. I then contacted another Repair place see my reviews for details. The owner came to my home did a thorough inspection that day! Found a very visible hole in the roof with rot! Leaks around the slide out from missing rubber seals needing repair. The gutter above the slide was broken in need of repair. The screw trim around the rear door of the toy hauler needed replaced. The rotted floor needed repair! So, take my advice Keep driving!!! This was a ridiculous waste of time and money! I'm like another reviewer the 5 * reviews for this business have to be fake or an anomaly! Their customer service was horrible! We had to call several times and got the run around while they were "inspecting for almost 2 weeks!" Only to be lied to!!!! ... Read more

This place is a total rip off! Absolutely keep driving! They kept my rv for almost 2 weeks for a leak that was rotting the floor. Also, any other needed repairs. Charged me almost $200 and said they couldn’t find the leak. The owner said all they could find was a wasp nest! I called Liberty RV repair and this is their findings on the 1st inspection within an hour! This invoice is for the repair of several items to include. 1. Repair rotten floor in toy hauler garage. 2. Repair rotten area of roof beside skylight. (Open rip that Richard’s totally didn’t see!” 3. Reseal entire outside of camper including roof, wall seams, and all attachments. (They didn’t see that either” 4. Repair back corner beside ladder. Totally bent didn’t see that! 5. Repair roof of slideout where rubber is missing. Nope they didn’t see it 6. Repair gutter over slide. Nope that either! 7. Install new screw trim insert at back of coach on both sides of door. They’re a bunch of crooks!!! I can’t imagine who and how anyone received great service from them!!! Do not waste your time nor money! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Richard-s RV Servicenter - 2504 Abner Creek Road include the following amenities: Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
