Missy and Tori at B&H were absolutely amazing at keeping up with this property. It was a bit pricey by corporate but I chose this location due to its location, available 24/7 access, security, and timely response. I never had any issues here for over 2 years! I was always confident that my stuff was always safe, secure and clean. ... Read more

The Manager, Misty is second to None!! I had purchased an auctioned unit and she went above and beyond to assist me, she still is actually. It was a great experience but what made her shine was that she told me before posting the auction, as is her job, she made multiple attempts and showed creative effort in trying to locate the owner first!! That is service you cannot compete with!! ... Read more

I booked my unit online and Tory called me promptly to follow-up on my rental. When I visited to finish my paperwork, Missy was super helpful in arranging the perfect unit for me. They were so nice and pleasant to work with. So pleased I chose to rent a unit here. ... Read more

Cant say enough good things about this facility and especially MISSY, the super helpful and highly organized professional manager! She anticipated all of our needs, and went the extra mile for us. The facility itself is secure, safe, well-lit and spotlessly clean, and reasonably priced. ... Read more

I am very disappointed with the way I was treated the last 3 months out of 24 months by Missy the manager. She was very rude, disrespectful and her customer service is down right nasty. I have never in my life been treated with the feel of an unwelcome vibe. I was never late, paid on time a day before payment was due always greeted her and any other staff with a hello and how are along with a smile. I don't know what became of the manager but she began to be rude don't know why but I asked was she having a good day she smirk with a comment that I'm good. Far from truth. When I asked about why my referral fee had not been applied she told me that comes from the head. Whom I called an said that was not true. I was over charged 2 months before the last month I decided to leave and removed all my belongs. On the last month just so happened my referral fee was applied. Well, well well could have had my business longer had you had a better attitude and took the time to research that you were wrong. I cleaned my unit top to bottom not a crumb of sand was left in my now vacant unit. Next time learn to be more respectful and try kindness it will take you further in life. Terrie should be the manager she's an Amazing and Kind Lady. B&H.. Never Again.. ... Read more

The location is very convenient. Plus there's storage units are well sealed from the environment. Even though it is a roll-up garage type door. All of the things in my unit have stayed clean and dry, Even when it has been crazy windy and raining for days. The only reason I did not give them five stars is that you do not want to try and get into the facility when it is Windy, because their gates are always messed up and you can't get in or if you do and the wind is blowing, there's no guarantee that the gate will still be working when you go to leave. ... Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at B-H Self Storage - 670 East Pine Log Road include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
