Mr. Harrison was more than courteous. He went out of his way to show me all the units he has for a rental he let me know about the insurance plus I got a discount on Presidents’ Day sale. I recommend this public storage lotta room lotta space when it’s the old school kind You can drive up drop off store your vehicle motorcycles. They have plenty of storage here. ... Read more

?? This location has an ongoing rodant infestation. My unit was viciously infested where I suffered loss of precious memories and tools as well as other work related equipment. My photo album and art were left with holes, rat feces and urine making them no longer precious. The loss of work vest and tool box also makes it hard to move on. Indemnification has been sluggish even though I faithfully paid my rent and insurance on time month after month. To top it off getting a new unit without rats was difficult and they wanted to charge me for that even though they probably have rats there as well. ... Read more

I stored my things there from March 2025 to June 2025, just a few months and when I got there in June I saw a huge Rat running stait into my storage unit. The rats had pissed and pooped all over my things. They chewed the cushions of My dinning room chairs, chewed through my plastic bags and pissed and pooped all over my sheets, comforters, towels everything. My sectional was also damaged. I filed a claim with the insurance company as I had the insurance they make you get and was told they only cover $250.00 for rodent damage. I have over $5000.00 in damages and they will only pay up to $250.00. I will have to sue public storage to get replacement money. DO NOT PUT YOUR BELONGINS AT THE PUBLIC STORAGE AT 9912 SE DIVISION. YOU WILL ESSENTIALLY BE PAYONG THEM TO LET RATS RUIN YOUR THINGS. ... Read more

Beware.... Public Storage on 99th & Division hardly ever has staff, their gate box to get in is broken and their spaces are over priced, rat infested and not taken care of. Don't be fooled by the fresh coat of paint. Beware your items will get moldy, dirt and leaves blow in from the bottom of the doors not sealing. Absolutely the worst customer service imaginable. ... Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 9912 SE Division Street include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Elevators, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 360 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 9912 SE Division Street start from $41 and can go up to $388 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
