Had a great experience renting a storage unit here. It was quick and effortless, and I was able to look at a couple different sized units to find the best fit. Linda was the person that helped me and she was amazing! Very friendly and answered any questions I had. Would definitely recommend this public storage location and can’t speak highly enough of Linda! ... Read more

This location is so convenient to get to. The property manager Jammie is always so helpful, kind, and always has options to navigate through many unit sizes, that I have changed over time as my business grows and always needing space for inventory. She makes it effortless!! All locations need someone like Jammie!! ... Read more

Jammie gave me excellent help and a possible job and we accomplished it because she knew her job. I would always her and hope she was on duty when I come back. Decided it was time for some additional storage, and the process was so swift and seamless thanks to Jaime! She reached out and left a voicemail welcoming me and to see if I had any questions, (which I did.) When I called back, she was able to walk through the whole application on the phone with me to make sure there were no hiccups, and was in office when we arrived to welcome us and make sure we understood how to use the app and the elevator. Already recommended a friend thanks to how easy she made the whole process! Thanks Jaime for your outstanding customer service and friendly and professional attitude. 10/10 ... Read more

This unit advertised to me and confirmed over the phone that there would be someone in the office until 6pm on Friday. Now there is no one here, and I’m totally in a lurch because of them. They advertise E-locks and it’s not the case. No help from customer service, which takes 20 mins to reach anyone anyways. ... Read more

Adding to my previous post. Everything below i still have the same opinion of. They have a new manager now, Jamme. She's pretty awesome! Clean facility, and while close to downtown, remarkably quiet and drama free. The manager, Michelle is also a terrific person. Definitely the kind of pro in this field that instills the kind of confidence that my stored belongings are going to be fine. ... Read more

Lisa provided great customer service. After making my reservation for a storage unit, she called to help me to get the rental completed, and it’s a good thing she did, because apparently I had somehow managed to make a reservation at the wrong location. She was able to get that sorted out for me right away and helped guide me through the rental process over the phone. She made it a quick and easy process to get the unit rented. Thanks, Lisa! ... Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 1620 NE Sandy Blvd include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Credit Cards Accepted, Elevators, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 30 to 170 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 1620 NE Sandy Blvd start from $66 and can go up to $197 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
