Read some helpful reviews of Public Storage at 11995 SW Corby Drive, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

The attendant Logan was very helpful. He answered all my questions and even went out of his way to tell me more about closer storages to my residence. We also discussed the difference on pricing. While I was there he was cleaning up units. And walked down with me to office. Very nice person Thanks, don't lose him. Great asset Steve K. ... Read more

I have been a renter here since 2014. I used this to supplement a lack of storage for vehicles, trailers, tools, and keepsakes at a small home nearby. I have occupied two spaces in that time, gradually downsizing from a 10x25 to a 10x15. My review reflects the experience of a long term customer of units with exterior roll-up doors. Simply put, my advice to you is to not rent for more than a year (expect about $100/mo increase EVERY year or so) and ONLY store your valuables in sealed plastic containers due to occasional pest issues. Full detail below. Do not use this as long-term storage to supplement a lack of storage at home. Their pricing is downright predatory, and there is no concept of customer loyalty. Once they know you are settled in they will continuously increase the monthly rent. As I sit here and make plans for downsizing posessions and finally getting out of here, the listed monthly rent for my current 10x15 external access unit on their website is $139/mo whereas my bill has been $637/mo for the past several months after 3 years in this unit (which started at $130/mo in 2022). On-site management has no control over pricing and simply advises moving to a new unit in order to start they cycle over, which is absolutely ridiculous. Do not store your possessions in anything other than plastic tubs with tight fitting lids. At some point, the building was overrun with rats. My unit was very orderly, with everything on shelves along the walls and my small camper parked in the middle. I originally used some cardboard boxes and not everything had lids. Rats poop and urinate at will, so many items and boxes became stained with rat urine and feces. Yes, insurance could help with this, but how do you insure keepsakes, and how is that insurance going to help you with decontaminating and repackaging your entire storage unit? Management was no help despite several months of complaints. I trapped several rats myself and went around and sealed up any cracks and crevices where they snuck in from adjacent units, but they kept coming. I heard that a nearby restaurant was storing food in one of the units and the neighboring unit looked like it belonged to a hoarder. I fought the rats because I was too settled into my unit, which was one of their largest ones. New management arrived at some point and finally hired an exterminator. And then there's the ant infestation in the roof somewhere that led to dead ants everywhere, but that's another story. Also, their grounds management blows the dirt against the doors which pushes it underneath, resulting in everything in your unit getting covered in dust. Because of the predatory rent increases I eventually sold the family camper and proceeded to downsize into a different unit, where I traded rats for dust. Do not count on on-site management to solve any real issues. There's a lot of turnover and some are better than others. Like I mentioned earlier, in my experience most have been unresponsive and without the power to address predatory pricing and address infestations. The site has gotten some attention lately with new paint, etc., but given my history and experience here I can't wait to get out. I'm sure some of them can be nice, but my review is based upon their ability to respond to real customer issues. Minus one star for filth. Minus one predatory pricing. Minus one star for service. Otherwise it's convenient if you live nearby and need a short-term arrangement. ... Read more

I’ve currently got a unit here. I’ve had nothing but issues. I’ve been trying to get a larger unit since moving in. They gave me a unit with a busted door upon arrival. We loaded in after 5 PM so the onsite manager wouldn’t fix it or let us return the lock she left in there. The property manager is always gone or unavailable to actually help me with getting a larger unit. It’s extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone. I’ve gone by on several days at different normal business hours and the office is constantly empty and locked. The onsite manager stated the at upper management won’t give them standard hours so they can’t post or communicate when they’ll actually be there. She offered me making a scheduled appointment which is difficult to do when moving companies and such are also involved. The customer service team won’t honor the new rate for an upgraded size even though I’ve been asking for it since the literal day I moved in. I’ll be working to move my entire business elsewhere. Storage units and customer service is not this difficult. Management with poor customer service - absolutely not. ... Read more

Avoid this place... I set up a move out date in January 2025 through their phone app, moved out two days later... someone from the office walked by as I finished cleaning my unit out and told me they would wrap things up on their end and I was good to go. Three weeks later, I get an auto-pay confirmation and call up their office to find out they forgot to do the computer work on their end to finalize my move-out (which they did) and a few days later I got my refund. Unfortunately six weeks later I find out they've sent me to collections, and now I have to deal with that. Other public storage facilities will have similar rates - I suggest you take your business to them, because these people have their heads up their..... ... Read more

If I could give a 0 star to this location, I would. Bad customer service, old lady from this location is rude and racist. I was helping my friend to clear out his storage unit since he’s no longer living in Oregon, she locked his unit without his consent. I also had a storage unit at this location and she would never answer the door even tho she’s inside. Their office is close at 9pm as mentioned on their app and website but when I’m there at 6pm she said the office is closed. I had to go so many times just to go to office to speak to her. The day I opened my account , I wanted to return the lock they provided since I had my own lock and they charged19.99$ for it but she wouldn’t answer the door then second time I go , she said it’s used so she wouldn’t be able to return it but they provided the lock without any packaging so she means that she sold me a used lock, then when I wanted to move out , and settle the account , she wouldn’t open the door during business hour and said they closed. Do not go to this location !!!!!!! Bad bad bad bad bad bad bad ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 11995 SW Corby Drive include the following amenities: Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Elevators, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 360 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 11995 SW Corby Drive start from $62 and can go up to $413 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
