Man, Kelly the manager there is such a good guy. I was in a bit of a pinch today, on a big time crunch, and as he was about to go on lunch he stopped to help me with a smile on his face. Super friendly, helpful, and seriously went the extra mile for me. Please treat him well ?? ... Read more

I just had to rent another unit since I have many months until my new place is available and I wanted to say that I noticed it seems well taken care of and clean. Justin and Kelly were super helpful and made the whole rental quick and easy for me as moving is stressful-I really appreciate that I was in and out in ten minutes~tops and no problems. Also, I feel like my belongings are very safe here, like there’s always someone here, even at night, which is pretty important! ... Read more

The man in the office in the afternoon has awful people skills and has come out of the office to watch us load and unload our truck every time we have been here during our recent move. He is frequently not available in the office because of this. Access hours for this location are ridiculous as well, with gate access ending at 5pm. The 10x10 hallway room they rented to us was fairly cheap, but it also smelled mildewy and had terrible lighting. I don't know if we might have just been unlucky, with a unit that was needing maintenance or something, but Because of the repeated issues with the very undiplomatic man in the office? I personally wouldn't recommend this storage location. Especially not to anyone who needs or wants to visit their storage unit with *any* level of frequency, or who only needs the unit for a few months while they relocate their home or small business. ... Kelly is a good guy And I have never had any problems with the facilities However, the rent increases. Can become concerning Although they have been receptive to my requests for skipping the increase for months at a time. This will definitely have a priority when I am choosing whether or not to stay or find someone else to offer me a better and more consistent value for my money I will also include that security is some of the best available in the area with often management being on site 24 seven Kelly and all the employees have always been helpful and definitely deserve five star I’m going to leave this “five star “ review in hopes it will provide someone an opportunity to choose a quality provider when shopping around ... Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 17501 SE McLoughlin Blvd include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Multi-Level Storage, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 17501 SE McLoughlin Blvd start from $48 and can go up to $529 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
