Read some helpful reviews of Northwest Self Storage at 3437 East Baseline Street, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Colleen O. Was extremely helpful and kind, even interacting with our busy 2 year old son. She wasn’t pushy or trying to upsell which made the experience of shopping for a storage unit fun and exciting! Colleen took the time to show us a couple of different options we were curious about and had a ton of patience while my wife and I discussed which unit would fit us best. ... Read more

They list a main email address on the email you receive when you purchase a unit, but they absolutely do not respond or even check it. I work nightshift and its hard for me to contact them during the daily business hours, so I sent an important expecting them to do their jobs. Now Im charged for something I dont want because nobody bothers to check. Last time I EVER use this company.... Of course it could have been deliberate, maybe they just ignored my email SO they could charge. Will have to see what my credit card company thinks about this fraud setup ... Read more

The staff is friendly, but the units themselves are terrible. We had a major issue with rodents in our unit, moldy/moist items when we moved our things out (moved in in August when there was no moister whatsoever), and sky high prices after the first few months due to “demand” when there are lots of empty units. We had the contents of our entire house in a 10x30 unit while we are building a new house and had to move it all to a family members shop due to the mold and rodents destroying our things. The staff had an exterminator come out and place industrial traps down which did nothing. We had no food or reason to attract the rodents. There was a large gap at the ceiling between our unit and the neighboring unit so we are assuming they are coming from that side. Overall highly dissatisfied with our experience and will advise all family and friends to steer clear, and the staff are aware of our issues with no resolution. I don’t love posting negative reviews, but don’t want to see others things ruined. ... Read more

So far it has been great Liam's customer service was top notch. I have piece of mind. On my storage unit. I know all I have to do now is show up with my ID on move in day and all set. Everything is already paid and auto pay is set up too. I am so happy. ... Read more

We have used Northwest Self Storage for a few years. We upgraded to a larger storage at one point and the transition was flawless. The property manager Krista is warm and kind. We really felt welcomed and valued as people everytime we called or went into the office, which is rare these days. Krista was always wonderful to talk with and quick to answer questions and concerns. We moved out of town so we no longer need storage. Units are clean and dry. We never had any issues with the storage spaces we rented. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Northwest Self Storage - 3437 East Baseline Street include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Credit Cards Accepted, Enclosed, Multi-Level Storage, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Northwest Self Storage - 3437 East Baseline Street start from $51 and can go up to $440 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
