    DO NOT STORE ANYTHING HERE. The caretaker has allowed birds take over. I almost stepped on on that has fallen out of a nest directly above my unit, and Jeff (caretaker) yelled at me, using profanities, telling me to leave that he's taking care of the bird and I need to just hurry up and leave. There are health hazards and damage is being done to the property by the birds, including inside the units. If you've ever had a bird infestation, you know what I'm talking about, but I pay damn good money and I expect my storage unit and the surrounding area to be free of feces of any kind. I should not have to step over, or remove any animals to get into my unit. You and your birds need to get the hell out of there Jeff. None of you are paying rent and at this point You're costing the business money. They might not know it yet, but birds ruin buildings. They are disgusting and so are you. ... Read more

    The owner, Jeff, is awesome. I was decluttering my unit and totally forgot that they close at 6. (For some reason I had it in my head that they close at 7) and he was extremely nice about it even though I was unknowingly being a jerk.     This company takes good care of their customers and treats them like family. I have known the family a long time and they are kind hearted and run a solid business. Many times people are going through a transition or crisis when they are in need of storage services.     I met Jeff, the owner, a couple of weeks ago when I rented a unit for my son who is moving back to Oregon. Jeff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. When we arrived in the U-Haul this Tuesday, Jeff came running out to let us know he was just going to call us as he had a better unit available.
