Over the years I’ve stored with the company throughout 2 of its locations within the Eugene Springfield area. My belonging have remained safe and dry and access hours are generous. Good location as well. Sherry remains helpful and is on top of any concerns I may have. ... Read more

For anyone who is struggling with rat feces/rodent infestation at this location, like me. Contact Lane Co. Environmental Health or reach out to the justice dept. And file a complaint. These people need to be held responsible for this horrible rodent infestation that has ruined so many people belongings and confidence in the promises these people made. The supposed people in "Upper management" who I need to talk to ignore my requests and refuse to call me. All of my things in this unit are contaminated and therefore destroyed. I want my money back and Someone from their upper management to clean up this mess. ... Read more

I have used at least 4 or 5 storage areas, incl for a trailer, over the last 11 years I have lived here in Eugene. I've never had a problem. This unit was rodent infested in less than 3 months. Beware that they disclaim responsibility for anything and everything in the lease! This apparently includes pest control. ... Read more

Sherry was so kind and helpful! This was my first time renting a storage unit and she answered all my questions completely. The grounds were clean without discarded moving and packing materials. The keyed entry & exit gate and security cameras made for a safe environment. Two thumbs up! ... Read more

They're liars, and thieves. They will charge you more every month without telling you. I was told my unit would be $56 a month. They increased the rent every month without notice. Don't waste your time with these unethical thugs ... Read more

Renting a storage unit through Northwest Self Storage was made very simple, and the employees were all very kind and helpful. I would recommend them if you're looking for a storage unit. Multiple locations ensure that you'll be able to find any size you may need and the pricing is very fair. ... Read more

Sherry, the property manager, has been so helpful! My unit was broken into (my own fault for having a cheap lock that was easy to bust open), and she went above and beyond to help me get it secured again. I was living out of state at the time and couldn't swing by with a new lock, so she used one of their own until I found make it back. She was very communicative with me about the situation and got everything as resolved as possible, given the situation. Thank you Sherry! ... Read more

It was very easy to book the storage unit on the website. Staff on the phone and in person were very friendly and helpful. The whole process was very smooth. I have used this company twice before and will use them again as my first choice. They always have the right size unit that I need and it is very convenient. ... Read more

We had a great experience renting a storage space for my son between his freshman and sophomore year at UO. We rented a 4’x8’ space and there was plenty of room to store all of his items from his dorm room. It was convenient, close to the campus, and the communication was excellent. I’d strongly recommend this storage facility. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Northwest Self Storage - 3210 West 11th Avenue include the following amenities: Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 40 to 220 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Northwest Self Storage - 3210 West 11th Avenue start from $107 and can go up to $307 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
