Read some helpful reviews of Cornerstone Storage at 3631 West 13th Avenue, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

I've had storage most of my life and renting from Cornerstone was the best experience. We had a unit here for 2 years, and never had a single problem with anything ever. Renting, entrance, exit, parking, billing, everything went smooth from start to finish. I definitely will rent from them again if I need storage again. ... Read more

No one returns phone calls OR emails OR is present during working hours. Edit: since this review received a reply, I will state: 1) attempted contact through your website interface twice. 2) called 3 times, left messages. 3) stopped in during posted office hours and waited at the office for 20 minutes. Dark, no sign of anyone there. Knocked loud enough to startle someone passing in the street. Sorry if your website isn't passing along info, your phone service isn't retaining messages, and I caught you at an abnormally long bathroom break (for which the office lights were shut off). I stand by my statement. ... Read more

I have been renting from cornerstone since June. It's a pretty safe place to keep your belongings. The location is very accessible as well. The lady in the office is very sweet. She is willing to work with her customers if a need arises. I highly recommend this storage facility. ... Read more

Highly recommend! Newer facility - very clean. Great management - responds without fail and keeps tabs on what's going on. We called roughly a month in advance and were able to rent the amount of space we needed; no extra fees for the hold time. ... Read more

Cornerstone Storage is a hidden gem! Krystal is the MOST helpful. She went above and beyond to help me find the right unit for my trailer. She was quick to respond to my emails and was just super flexible with me in my whole process. My plans kept changing, and she was always there to help and accommodate me. Not to mention it's super clean, safe, and new! Highly recommend! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Cornerstone Storage - 3631 West 13th Avenue include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 200 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Cornerstone Storage - 3631 West 13th Avenue start from $90 and can go up to $225 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
