Fantastic service!!!! I Needed an 8 x 15 storage shed and all they had on table rock was 8 x 10 which is what I paid for but she transferred my storage shed to the one in crater Lake Avenue and was able to get me in there that same day. This is for their partner company U-stow-it mini storage. I rented and was not behind on rent. In fact for the last 6 months I had authorized them to put it on Auto pay, no problem. The month of November comes around and they tried to bill the card from another name different from the one that was authorized through the bank. The bank declined it obviously without my knowledge. Instead of trying to contact me to let me know it was declined, Cameron sent out a notice to pay 80 dollars of this (rent was 45- the rest in late fees) by a date in December or my stuff would be auctioned off. I got it and immediately called and left a message with my number and that I wanted to pay it and to call me back. The next day we had not heard back so my mother called in to pay it on her card (the card that it was on auto pay through). She gave her card info and everything was fine. She then asked for him to break it down and what the late charges were for. He told her and so then she told him " so I am paying 35 dollars in late fees for your billing mistake?" He said yes... and when she told him that shed pay it but it was unfair to charge her daughter for his mistake he turned nasty. Saying he could do whatever the hell he wanted to do he was the manager. He could evict me if he wanted to. He didn't need a reason. Anyway so my mother has no filter and then told him he could take Viagra if he needed a masculinity boost and that he didn't need to evict a single working mother to feel manly. He then said **** you, and hung up. That same day the rent only was charged to her card. So we assumed he had cooled off and realized his mistake. Now flash forward to Christmas eve I got a 10 day eviction notice sent out the same day the rent was paid. Saying I had to be out Christmas eve. I didn't get the letter until Christmas eve because he didn't leave room for mailing time. So I went in in person the day after Christmas as they were closed. He didn't have a reason on the eviction. It just stated I broke my lease agreement. So I went in with a witness and asked him why he was kicking me out, and if there were any way I could fix it. He said no he didn't have to have a reason to kick me out. He said he didn't want to deal with my mom. So instead of telling us he would no longer be speaking with anyone other than me on the lease (because she questioned his mistake), he then just evicted me with no reason. He said no we couldn't work it out. He didn't want to deal with it and then get his boss involved and get fired. My guess is he messed up and don't want to tell his boss and get fired so he got mad and booted me. I live out of town so there was no way I could get out the same day. I asked for a lease because my stepdad is a lawyer. He then told me on the phone hours later "after consideration and looking over the lease I think I do owe you 30 days but will have to charge you." I agreed... whatever. I just wanted my stuff and to never deal with this jerk again right? Well when I come down to get my stuff a week later I open my storage unit and there is rats/mice in there. We see a couple at first but as I am going through my stuff, we found babies, and about 16 mice/rats. My stuff was eaten, torn to shreds, and there was ton of dead bodies and my stuff was peed and pooped on. I had to take everything but two boxes to the dump. I lost everything important to me. I called Cameron again to let him know I was out and that the place had rats/mice so in case they ruined other peoples stuff. His first response was to ask me if I had food in there (matter of factly). I told him no not at all. I have several witnesses who helped me unload and there was no food. I live out of town and never even went there so I had no idea. He basically brushed it off and didn't even care that it was infested and not even a sorry for my stuff being ruined. Then he proceeded to tell me that it's ok he wouldn't bother charging me for the two boxes I left in there when I left. I have several witnesses and a video showing it was empty. There were no boxes. Be careful! ... Read more

I am extremely frustrated with this company. We've been locked into the facility before. We punched our code into the incoming gate, and when we punched our code into the outgoing gate, it failed. The gentleman in the next vehicle behind us attempted his code as well, and it failed. This happened on a weekend, so the office was closed. We had to call the police to help us get out of the facility. I also called in April to place my bill on Auto-pay. I gave my Amex card information. Dylan, the site manager said that my last payment was in March. Yet the statement I received in the mail was for the month of May. He was obviously not looking at my business account, nor was he willing to answer questions about what might have happened to my credit account information. Then he said he hears this story all the time, and accused me of lying. I advised that I would be paying my bill (which includes an inappropriate late fee) and moving to a different storage company. I will also contact as many consumer agencies as possible to advise of poor business practices. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at 4 Corners Mini Storage - 5113 Table Rock Road include the following amenities: Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate and Parking. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
