Read some helpful reviews of US Storage Centers at 345 SE Cleveland Avenue, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

My experience with them started out great. The office staff was very helpful when I had trouble signing up for a storage unit, and their prices were reasonable. However, several months later, they more than doubled the rent. That's immoral. ... Read more

I have been with us storage for 3 years and Initially I was excited to have a storage unit, and they have always been kind and helpful. However, I wouldn’t have used them if I’d known they were going to charge me more and more over the years for being loyal customer. In the 3 years I’ve been a customer they’ve raised my unit rent about 100$. Doesn’t seem very rewarding for being a loyal long time customer. Now I pay over 200 for a tiny unit which is ridiculous. I am currently looking at different places to give my business too. Auto pay also takes like 5 days to actually go through which is extremely annoying. ... Read more

Jared was amazing. My experience with him was leaps and bounds above my previous interactions with another employee, whom is no longer there. He will only be in Bend temporarily so I hope the new manager is just as wonderful. His service was both very genuine and friendly. ... Read more

In my experience, they give you a good introductory rate the first month, which they claim is 50% off the normal rate but after that it went up 2 more times to well over 50% more. I ended up moving to a smaller unit & then they raised it on me 2 more times again, stating that it was due to rising utility costs, even though the unit is not heated or air conditioned. I ended up calling the main office & got a hold of Destiny who was kind enough to reduce the rate but was not able to guarantee it would stay reduced. I decided to find another storage company who wouldn't keep changing the rate on me, Before the beginning of the month I filled out the online move out form so I had in writing my move out date of Sept 7th. I ended up moving out on Sept 6th but was not able to get a hold of anyone in person or by phone since it was the weekend. I did called the number to the main office Monday morning, only to get a call center who said they would notify the main office of my move and let them knowI moved out on the 6th. But they said that since I didn't move out by the 5th they would still charge me for the entire month, although this was not found anywhere is writing on the move out form I submitted. I never received any notification of my move out so I ended up cslling them back 3x and each time they said they would notify the main office of my move out on the 6th. When the "local" office got back to me by email, they put my move out date as Sept 27th! I always paid rent on time & rented for over 1 year. Just disappointed & feel they should have been more clear on their policies & had better customer service. There is not good communication between the call center & local office. The local office is very difficult to get a hold of. They also prorate your move in but if you stay 1 day past their "5 day window" (that wasn't disclosed) they charge you for the whole month! I definitely wouldn't recommend them! ... Read more

I love this storage space! I was going to move to a different one because the cost wasn’t going to work for me and they worked with me to make it work. Destiny, the property manager here (Powers Road) is super to work with and has been incredibly helpful! I highly recommend this facility! ... Read more

I rented a unit in October last year and its been fine, other than having a small yard space, being managed by a different address, no one on site ever, and charging you $15 for a lock that i never receive and didnt get refunded. As of January, they are raising the price over half of what I pay now. That's a 60% increase on the unit. On their website you can rent the same one for a cheaper price. This is Outrageous, they upcharge you after several months, making you move all your stuff or pay an insane price. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at US Storage Centers - 345 SE Cleveland Avenue include the following amenities: Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted and First Floor Access. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 200 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by US Storage Centers - 345 SE Cleveland Avenue start from $31 and can go up to $158 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
