Not sure how one goes about establishing a storage unit at this facility. Drive to Location location doors are locked with the sign saying to call a specific phone number Which no one answers. Leave a voicemail and nobody calls back. Must not need the business ... Read more

This place seemed nice.... until they accused me of entering after another car and terminated my lease... when I told them I didn't they said never mind you can stay... I decided not to stay and began getting rid of my stuff, so then they terminated my lease for meeting people at the facility to sell my stuff and also because I use their bathroom (port-o-potty)which is clearly accessible for tenants... ... I tried multiple times to get a unit that on the phone was available but every time I come to get it they weren't in the office, and give me the run around. After the third time I tried in three days they told me they were unavailable and needed to be serviced. If that's the case tell me the first time so I don't waste my time every day. ... Read more

It’s very important that I share the following, even though no words can ever express the depth of my gratitude for Bear Creek Self Storage. This company stuck by me through one of the most challenging times I’ve ever experienced. The challenging times experienced worldwide these past years have certainly brought to light who you really can trust when life as you’ve known it completely changes. Which has made reviews and customer feedback like these vital for consumers. Bear Creek Self Storage is a local company that truly cares for their customers. Going into my fifth year as a customer solidifies that one of the best decisions we’ve made is choosing to store our property with Bear Creek Self Storage. They are by far the very best self storage business in Central Oregon. A fact that has been evident from the day I met Mindy to open our 2nd storage unit and has continued to be very evident ever since with Stephanie’s phenomenal management skills. These two ladies are rare gems that embody best business practices and the value of customer retention. I give my highest recommendation to Bear Creek Self Storage for exceeding my expectations and for services that have created a lifelong loyal customer of me. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Bear Creek Storage - 60 NE Purcell Blvd include the following amenities: Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 20 to 360 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Bear Creek Storage - 60 NE Purcell Blvd start from $90 and can go up to $350 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
