Been here almost 3 years now and not sure what has happened. The 1st year or 2 were great super helpful and friendly staff “on site” but since then not so much. Not sure how they say it’s secure! Nobody is ever there anymore! We are paying a premium rate for a storage facility that seems to be getting worse by the week. Having only 1 gate available to share with the trucking company in the back is not great and not to mention extremely inconvenient. And the time it takes to get things fixed is a joke! And if you are storing your RV in the back lot towards the end I hope you are careful some of those RV’s/ broken down cars are bound to attract some unwanted guests in! Hoping things change real soon or we will be switching back to our other storage yard it’s not worth saving $10 imo! ... Read more

I just met the new owners and they are fantastic!! They have a lot of great plans in the works and I see progress every day when I come to get one or more of my work trailers. The new power gates make entry simple for everyone with more than one way to come in and go out. I have three business trailers I park there and I've never had an issue. Hands down the best place for outdoor storage I've ever used. If you read old reviews that mention a gate that's difficult to open that was a reference to a side gate and keyed lock. The new owners added power gates so this is not an issue anymore :) ... Read more

I love this place. They are very helpful. I was late in coming to store my rv, and he came back down to let me in. I also like that it isnt like a normal storage place, where hundreds of people have the gate code and driving past your rv to their storage unit. I will definitely use 34th to store my rv again. ... Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at 34th Storage - 730 34th Avenue SW include the following amenities: Indoor, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Unstaffed Location, Parking, Enclosed, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 80 to 960 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by 34th Storage - 730 34th Avenue SW start from $70 and can go up to $313 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
