They are horrible and ignorant especially the people at the desk Christina !!!!! Very rude and I have not been in my storage unit for over a year and trying to get them to cut the lock because I lost my key for over three months. They refused stating they don’t know when someone can come so I just don’t have access to none of my belongs. She got to yelling talking about my name Christina I will never suggest anyone to go here. My bill started out at 85$ a month to now over 240 and I still do not have access to my belongings. You want me to wait three weeks but pay ??. Not to mention they always on break the old lady smelling like a pack of newports & the fat lady always eating with the sign on the door saying we will be back in an hour. I do not suggest anyone put they stuff in this location!!! ... Read more

What a bunch of crooks These people allowed my son to get a storage unit knowing he'd be going away for a couple of years and that his family would be paying it never today explain that they can raise their rates ridiculously as long as they give a month or two notice who are they going to notify He's not around so now we're stuck paying 185 for a storage unit that we rented for 135 that's criminal. And you should know it's a dishonest company when you call there and they won't give you a straight answer about how much they're units are because they vary according to supply and demand they can just make up prices willy nilly and we know this because we called several people in the family called this week asking prices and they gave all of us different prices for the same unit we will be moving our stuff out of there and will never use them again in the future ... I have had my belongings in storage for over 2 years which is longer than I anticipated. Overall, I have had good experiences with billing, ease of payment, even received advice & assistance from the district manager when I had a customer service issue; it was resolved immediately. The facility is clean, easy to access, secure and modern. I would definitely choose Public storage again for any future storage needs. Something to keep in mind is if you have your own renters insurance, you do not have to purchase the renters insurance provided by the facility. Public storage is definitely a leader in the storage facility industry. They even have an access option for you if you lose your key! There have been many changes with my units over time. I was not pleased with the price increases but do understand that this is an industry that is positioned to increase in cost... Aside from the price increases, I do have to say that I have been pleased with Public Storage. Their management has been helpful, albeit sometimes a little hard to get a hold of live. (There Is a 1-800 number, however, I preferred to deal with the on-site manager instead as it was easier to work through issues.) The 1-800 number did not note my account properly and it was rather frustrating to deal with their representatives. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 11395 Brookpark Road include the following amenities: Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Keyless Unit Access, Elevators, First Floor Access and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 200 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 11395 Brookpark Road start from $45 and can go up to $142 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
