Ann and Stacy are always a pleasure to work with. I also have clients that rent space from them for their business and sing their praises for the reasonable rent and big improvement the space has made for their operation. ... Read more

They do not understand how to use their own billing system. The money comes out of your account, but 620 sends you emails for non payment and late fees. Not once by accident, but for 9 months. Then threatened to auction the contents of our unit. We are moving out ASAP. What a shame and an inconvenience all because they can’t properly do their job. ... Read more

We've rented a unit from 620 for a few years now, and earlier this year we obtained a second unit. They have always been great to rent from and if ever there are concerns they are quickly addressed by 620. I've been very happy with our spaces and they are extremely competitively rated. ... After 8 years my lease was terminated so another tenant could have my space. No loyalty to existing tenants. Other tenants werent happy and said the Gowe women were out for the money only. Stacey called me one day accusing me of putting trash in another tenants dumpster. I told her i had my own Medina City trash service so that wasnt me. Her anseer was she guessed shed have to put up cameras to prove me innocent. The tenant's dumpster wasnt locked. Anyone who has had a dumpster knows you have to lock them if you dont want the public using them. Also a tenant who has a plow did the snow removal. He plowed even when unnecessary. It was nothing to get a $200-$300 plow bill per winter n months. In my opinion the landlord was getting a kickback. On a Sunday we went into our unit and there was water over about 1/4 of our unit. We had to call our handy man who brought his 30 ft ladder to shut the water off. We paid him. Next day 620 fixed the broken water line but never reimbursed us for paying our handyman. I can not recommend this company. Again no loyalty to tenants. One day you're in next day you're out. I was paying $1250 a month on time. I did ask for assistance to move out but Jim Gowe said no way. They expected me to pay full rent then bare the expense of a move. Not a good business plan. When JoAnns wanted me to move they gave me $85 000 to relocate my retail business in Hudson. Would not recommend. ... Read more

I was in a pinch to find a place to store a car I recently restored. I called in the morning and spoke with someone almost right away. Had my car in one of their storage units later that afternoon. The woman I spoke with was friendly and helpful. Gotta love when things are easy. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at 620 Corporation - 620 East Smith Road include the following amenities: 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate and Parking. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
