Public Storage exceeded my expectations! The team went above and beyond with their customer service—patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They took the time to make sure everything was handled perfectly. If you’re looking for a storage place that actually values its customers, this is it. ... Read more

Couldn’t get anyone for Months at other locations so I decided to drive to Huber Heights and Montana was there to help me. She was so professional and informative and very helpful. We need more managers like her! Thank you Montina! ... Read more

I was calling around storage facilities to see which place would be best for my family's belongings and the lady at desk, Montina, really helped me! She went over hours of operation, resource management, and was even willing to assist with my items any way she could. The hospitality and generosity was more than enough for a 5-star rating. You don't get that very often! ... Read more

Only open 6am to 9pm. Can’t move anything or do anything outside of those hours have to buy “their” locks which is $20 then they tell you to keep it even with both keys attached to it. Can’t do anything with the lock so no use in keeping it. They tell you it’s a deposit but won’t give your money back even if. There doors have slots for your own lock. Glad I only needed it for a few days. The young lady at desk was nice. ... Read more

Unfortunately I want to be a loyal customer but this storage unit should be last on your list. Rates started at 127 per month, as younger couple late 20’s were trying to purchase a house and get out life started with our kids. Unbeknownst to us (because staff communicated something completely different) we are now paying 231 a month that’s 104 DOLLAR INCREASE, absolutely outrageous! We then contacted them and they were able to lower it to 187 BUT for only 3 months, and it is now back to 231. It seems as though they just make up the prices as it goes, and it’s extremely sad that knowing the economy is already squeezing our pockets they have the ability to make the units affordable, but price gouge instead. We will be looking for a new place to go. I do not recommend if your extended time with the unit surpasses 3 months from date of sign up ... Read more

I paid for 3 months in advance and still received a bill for like $8 more and I don't understand why they're charging me more money on top of the $29 charge to get the unit, then $34 for the unit cost, then another $15 for insurance that I don't need or want, it was just a convenient place for me to get back and forth while we transition from one house to another, so now why am I receiving more bill's?? What's the point of paying in advance if they're just going to make up more debts to pay?? I'm disabled on top of all this nonsense and they keep piling snow on top of my door that has to swing out, there's only one lightbulb in there and there's supposed to be 2, the one light is so dim, I have to try to juggle a flashlight to go through the freezing cold unit to get what we need, and wrestling with the door, it's very stressful, there's also 2 doors but I'm only allowed to use one door? So in conclusion I think if I need to use the unit for more than the 3 months, I'm moving my business elsewhere so I don't have to pay for random things I don't want or they decide to tack on, plus if you're going to provide lighting please at least make sure the lights work, I shouldn't have to make sure they are doing the job I'm paying very greatly for, this is a 5x10 unit. ... This is by far the worst storage location I’ve ever had to deal with. They’re never in the office, there’s never anyone when you call to try to handle things. It’s like they try to get you in a position where they can steal your storage unit. The women with glasses that wears a shower cap to work went out of her way to come in and harass a very pregnant customer and enforce that cash wasn’t allowed … Another employee was handling the situation and she insisted on coming in to start trouble. Very unprofessional, very rude and probably should take the shower cap off before coming to a place of employment. I’ll tell any and everyone to avoid this place. If I could leave negative stars I would . ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 6207 Executive Blvd include the following amenities: Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 6207 Executive Blvd start from $31 and can go up to $216 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
