02/01/2025 - Needed temporary storage and came across this CubeSmart Self Storage. The manager Ms. Cynthia was professionally friendly and helpful. I let her know the size I needed to store items and provided options. Also, Ms. Cynthia provided information needed to do business and I consented. Secured spaces and temperature controlled. After 4 months my wife and I would like to update our review, 3/18/25, for the benefit of any senior citizen who might be on a fixed income. Be aware that you are signing a month to month contract. After 4 months we received an email notice that our monthly rate was being raised by 24%. We were not prepared for this significant price increase. Other than this price increase everything that we wrote below still stands. We signed up online 11/6/24 for a Cube Smart climate controlled unit 2 weeks ago. This Cube Smart facility is only 2 years old. It is clean and well maintained. It is open 6 AM to 10PM. Access code is necessary to enter/exit facility and to enter the building. All units are ground level. Climate control is offered at the standard 55 degrees in winter and 80 degrees in summer. Bright LED motion detection lighting in the hallway and a light in the individual unit. Electrical box is accessible in the hallway. Unit door opens like a garage door. There are wide driveways between buildings. One hand truck is available per building but you may have to go look for it. An assortment of packing materials such as boxes, tape, etc. are available in the office. Before we officially moved in and paid our administrative fee we met the on sight office manager, Cynthia. She showed us the unit we would be renting. Cynthia was very pleasant, friendly and answered all of our questions both prior to and since renting and moving items to our unit.
