Read some helpful reviews of Go Store It at 3490 Trabue Road, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Stay far away from this place as possible. Poorly managed , grounds are trashy, mice and roaches. There is never anyone on the grounds of the place. You call a number and you cant ever get anybody or a call back. The fees are ridiculous. The outside units are not safe to store your stuff. My very first unit got wet inside. I filed a claim the sorry manager who was there denied my claim saying she didn't believe it. I called and called for her to come to the grounds to see it. She never showed up I have pictures of the damage. She said the pictures were not filed with the claim. I said no one ever called and spoke to me. She then got told a thing or 2 told me to resubmit it and she would approve it. I came to thw grounds one day to show her and turn around and I assume she got fired. Told the new person to about all the scandal and they still never did anything. So now I got to go over everybody's head about my stuff. I moved into another unit and came back one day and water running inside from under the door. I had to move again. NO COMPENSATION NOT A CARE IN THE WORLD Now here I am 3rd unit I go inside GUESS WHAT WATER MOISTURE Is iNSIDE AND MY STUFF IS WET. You call the number and GUESS WHAT NO ONE CALLS BACK I'M STILL WAITING ON A CALL. This storage facility is trash! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY..The property is not kept up its always trash around. I can't wait til this weather break to get my stuff out of there. Always a problem trying to pay through their new payment system. Then you try and call or get a on grounds manager and never get help. The late fees are ridiculous 43.00 or more depending on your unit price??. You move in at one price and 2 months later they raising the rent almost up almost 100.00. 189.00 for a 10x20 is ridiculous! 249.00 for a 10x30 is ridiculous! For some outside raggedy units. ... Went to go check my storage unit out when I got there my unit was not ready and it was freezing cold the instructions were to be able to open the storage and have the locks inside we weren’t able to open the unit there was no latch or anything to open it i had to call support I sent the picture of the unit and even she said it was weird she gave us 2 unit options to change to but even those didn’t have locks/had issues… we were finally able to get one to work after 20 minutes of walking around in the cold looking for a unit ! Now to a different issue that I’m worried about my rate for renting out a 10x10 is $35 + $15 for the insurance I have a friend that rents out a unit here as well that they told him one price in the begging and now is paying something totally different he called support and they told him that they start charging more after 2-3 months and can change the price at any time they didn’t even send him a notice telling him there was going to be a price change ! Didn’t even mention this when he signed up ! now when I signed up I asked the agent multiple times if my total for each month is going to really be $50 and he assured me that it would be and it wouldn’t change my concern now is that this company will try to upcharge me in the next month or so and they won’t even give me a notice plus again never stated they start charging more after a couple weeks or so… if this is the case I’ll have to switch to a different storage company. ... Ok I didn't get to finish this review. Ok I got this unit only had time to move few things in. I went outa town for 23 days. I got back my gate across code did not work.. the same say I went for snacks and doh food Mine u I work right across the street at the new.apartment construction site. This was good idea to rent and keep tools and everything safe. Take my work breaks..so later that evening I was.going thew everything I had in these. I also have 2 registered pets si where I go they go .the same night I put them in the unit so I could run for food went to bar across the street gone maybe 15 minutes. I just learned today that she already had eyes on me and had taken pics of my pets inside the unit it was only 67 that evening without me knowing then came back at 830 in the evening and said I was there all day hanging out with my. Dog's and I was trying to live there. And threatened to call thw Cops if I wasn't gone by 10pm and threatened to terminate the lease with any cause. I was told I can only be there 2 hours per day. I leave my word van at the lobster under camera's but if my was there moving or whatever I have no time limit. This is not anywhere in the lease I sighed or in the office. These are thee made up rules not the company. I've looked then she told me they have had multiple complaints on me. And I wasn't to send payment in. I've requested for those complaints and resin for the terminate of my lease on what was this based on with out any notification of thus. All this in 6 hour's of being back. I have a extremely bad feeling I've had issues with her before at apartment complex everything she said got my attention of this woman I could me wrong if so I apologize. With how she handled the issue that never was. I have a big been there 10 years. And there's more. I. Requesting a call from property owners please this is without hand I've been comply respectful with everything she's required of me ... Read more

Place is nice. But. There making up there own rules. Im working at the construction site across the street. I haven't been to this unit in almost 3 weeks. 1st day back. I was there without my work van. Left it at the site just walked over. So now there telling me you only allowed to be at ur unit that u pay for only 2 hours if ur not moving stuff in. And this is not anywhere in the contract I signed I was there maybe 6 hours or less reminders im working across the street. So I had the door down. Going threw my boxes looking for my paperwork. I pulled the door down and had my commercial flood lights on. They came to the door. ... Read more

The people at this location were always very helpful. It was the constant price increases I couldn't deal with. On October 7, 2024, I started renting a parking spot for $33.00 per month then on February 7, 2025 the rent increased from $33.00 per month to $53.00 per month. Then in early March I started renting a a 10 by 20 storage unit a cost of $94.00 per month. Then on June 7, 2025, the rent for the 10 by 20 storage unit was going to go from $94.00 per month to $190.00 a month. More than a100% increase for the same storage unit. Needless to say, I moved my storage unit stuff to another storage place around the corner. Then on August 14, 2025, I was notified that my rent for the parking space was going from $53.00 per month to $93.00 per month starting September 7, 2025. I can't believe that in less than one year's time the rent for a parking space has gone from $33.00 per month to $93.00 per month. What justification does Go Store It have for such a big rent increase? I have since pulled by Teardrop trailer out from the parking spot at Go Store It and moved it to another storage location. From experience it seems that every few months they want to increase the rent. I rented two items from them and in less than one year's time they raised the rent on me three times. Should I have kept renting from them, how would I have known that they wouldn't continue to raise the rent on me every few months. It seems from experience that they would raise the rent. How can they raise the rent when other storage spaces within walking distance of Go Store it do not and remain much less that what their new rates would have been? How much is too much? Also, how can they charge me one price but charge a different price online or in-store? See attached photos of the current price. ... Read more

I am a travel nurse and a traveler all over the u.s. I have had a lot of storage units. This place by far is the best place the cleanest the most safe and the best run storage I have ever used. The front counter is well run informative and very nice. I am very impressed with the Trabue Rd storage. They helped me change to a bigger unit in less that 10 minutes. My last storage in Pensacola FL Public-broke in stole whatever they wanted didn't honor insurance and there were mice droppings in all my stuff. By the way just shake hot chili powder all over the floors where there are cracks or openings. Go Store It does not have open ceilings for people or critters to roam around from storage to storage. Go Store It is the best! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Go Store It - 3490 Trabue Road include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Go Store It - 3490 Trabue Road start from $24 and can go up to $163 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
