Read some helpful reviews of Public Storage at 9660 Colerain Avenue, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Please do not use this facility. They sell you on a special, get you to move in and immediately go up on their prices. They use the disclaimer "prices subject to change," as their defense. It's evil to trick people into a situation where you can hold all that they own, hostage. ... Read more

Lavonne, Thank you, so much for your help today! I appreciate your responsiveness to my concerns. You were very pleasant and helpful. It was nice that you were able to navigate the system in seek of answers rather than awaiting on team members to assist. I was pressed for time and bc of your attentiveness, time was on my side! That’s an asset in my eyes! Thank you very much and have a very blessed day. ... Read more

PROS ? Efficient access ? Fair price CONS ? Crumbling ceiling inside storage units Date visited: Regular I never thought I'd be the one to need a storage unit, yet here I am, with a basement gradually filling up with bits and pieces of a life that's been gathering around me. I wouldn’t say I’ve become a hoarder, but somehow, I've managed to hold onto enough to need a place to put it all. Leasing this unit seemed like the right solution, especially since it's close to home. Signing up online was surprisingly easy and over in just a few minutes. When I arrived the next day, the lock and key were already in place, waiting for me. I needed a bit of help to get situated, and the staff were quick to lend a hand. They handled it all well. I chose the smallest unit they had, but even this modest space feels more than enough. The interior shows a few signs of neglect, though. Dust settles over everything, and pieces of the ceiling have flaked away, scattered on the floor like remnants of a forgotten era. It's annoying but manageable, and I hope they'll repair it soon. Maybe it's silly to think so much about a place that’s meant to hold things I barely think about anymore. But as I closed the unit door, it felt almost like saying goodbye to parts of myself, knowing they’d be there, waiting, should I ever need them again. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 9660 Colerain Avenue include the following amenities: Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Keyless Unit Access, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 400 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 9660 Colerain Avenue start from $74 and can go up to $382 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
