Read some helpful reviews of Public Storage at 3220 Westbourne Drive, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

this place is terrible! we haven't even had our unit for 2 years and the rent has gone from $182 to $316! They just rely on the fact that moving all of your things from one storage unit facility to another is a lot of extra work, time and money and people won't want to do it. And the unit itself is crap. all kinds of debris on the ceiling that falls and gets all over your things. We are moving our things immediately! definitely not worth the continued rent increase! ... I’ve been here almost 2 years, and I always pay on time and the rent just keeps going up now. I’ll be paying $99 for a 5 x 10 unit when all the local competitors charge 36 not to mention all the local competitors keep their areas clean every time I come to my unit this place is a dump with garbage lane all over the place and nobody bothers to pick it up. I pay good money to keep my stuff here not at a landfill I’m at the point where I’ll just take my money elsewhere. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 3220 Westbourne Drive include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Keyless Unit Access, Elevators, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 20 to 350 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 3220 Westbourne Drive start from $16 and can go up to $146 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
