I have always heard off the wall things about storage unit places, so I was not sure if I would be comfortable putting my stuff into one of them. I will tell you Callie changed my mind and I felt at ease. I will be bringing my stuff there to this location very soon. I just came in to inquire prices and look at units. The unit was so clean and looked well maintained. Callie was very nice and helpful. I will be back soon with my stuff. ... Read more

Needed a storage unit and called the contact property manager Callie. He was so helpful so I went over and met him. He answered all my questions. He was so nice and made the move to my storage unit so simple. I am grateful. The property is well kept and clean. I couldn't be happier with my decision. He made it pleasant to get in there and git it done. Places definitely could use more like him. ... Read more

Real easy to setup up a summer storage for my daughter 1st year at Xavier Univ in Ohio. The call center setup the initial stuff but on my final day before leaving back to DC I met Mr. Callie, very nice guy and personable. Helped us get that last of everything situated. Most recently when we returned for year 2. And Mr. Callie took time out his vacation to do the close out procedures with us. I would definitely recommend and the price is very affordable. We will return for sure...thanks again. ... Read more

I love GoStoreIt’s location on Terhune Ave in Cincinnati - easy access to major highways & Northern Kentucky. It’s a clean & secure facility with convenient access to storage units. The indoor loading dock allows for loading/unloading in inclement weather. But the best thing is the manager, Callie, who goes above & beyond to provide great customer service! ... Read more

If I could give this place a 10 star… I would. I’ve stored at a couple different storage facilities before, but I have never loved an experience like I have at Go Store It. Callie makes this possible for me to say. Very welcoming and inviting. ... Read more

I’ve had a storage unit here since college, and now, three years post-grad, I can say this place has been great—especially since the new company took over. I left my unit unattended while living across the country and was impressed to find everything in perfect condition, with no damage or signs of rodents. Cali was especially helpful during my move-out—friendly, efficient, and made the process easy. Highly recommend this storage facility for anyone in the Cincinnati area looking for something clean, affordable, and reliable. ... Read more

Very helpful staff answered my many questions on phone. Pleasantly received by location manager. He alone gets his own 10+ rating. Respectfully handled several customers at once. Showed me different size storage rooms. Helped me to chose best one for me. Hallways are good width to maneuver carts of personal items with bright lights. Place is clean, well kept. Secure with easy access for customers. Most likeable storage facility I've used. If price stays likeable I will stay here and recommend to friends. ... Read more

I recently had a troubling encounter with Go-Store-It situated at 2351 Terhune Alley, Cincinnati, Ohio 45206. I rented a storage unit on November 13, 2024, for $131.42. However, just three months later, I was appalled to discover that my rent had skyrocketed from $131.42 to $275.88 - an outrageous 108.37% increase! Go-Store-It justified the hike by citing operational expenses linked to delivering the "ultimate self-storage experience." They insisted that this was the absolute minimum raise required to meet financial obligations while expressing enthusiasm for upcoming enhancements. It is incredibly deceitful and unethical to present such a drastic increase as a positive development. Upon contacting their customer service to voice my dissatisfaction, I was met with apathy. They hinted at the possibility of reducing the new amount. This is nothing but a ploy to exploit individuals. While vacating the unit, I encountered two other tenants leaving for the same reason. They both voiced their anger and frustration with Go-Store-It. I strongly advise anyone contemplating renting from Go-Store-It to seriously reconsider their choice. ... Read more

I don't think I have ever been happier with a Storage Facility. I moved in a couple months ago after my dissatisfaction at another storage facility. I must say this facility is absolutely amazing! First: The ease of the website, I have no issues what-so-ever when accessing the online portal. Second: The facility is absolutely one of the cleanest that I have ever seen. It even smells clean. No debris, no disgusting bathrooms. Non-working gates or doors. Just functional. Third: The price! The prices of the units is amazing! Lastly, Callie is an absolute gem. He truly helped me to navigate a stressful move and was friendly, knowledgable, and genuinely helpful. I love that he remembers my name when I come in and he's always cheerful and pleasant. I am so glad that I decided to go with GoStore for my storage needs. Thank You so much! ... Read more

Laura was absolutely wonderful. She helped me with my account and it only took 2 minutes. She stayed on the phone with me and explained what i needed to do until my problem was solved. If I could I would give her a raise. I was very frustrated and she was very calm, understanding, and professional. More people should take a lesson from her. She is truly awesome. Absolute predatory scum. There is never anyone in the office after they begin charging you nearly 3x your original rate for ZERO reason just telling you to basically deal with it, then when you say you can't make that payment since it wasn't what you agreed to they will lock you out of your unit and then begin charging you ridiculous fees out of nowhere ranging from $50-120 each as you attempt to pay their new contract breached fee. I definitely smell a class action lawsuit coming their way for unwarranted fees, price increases and essentially holding people's property hostage. It sure would be wonderful to get my dead father's ashes along with my other property out of storage without being charged hundreds and hundreds of dollars to do so without any explanation as to why these charges exist. No matter when you show up there is never a worker. Pictures taken 3:11PM Saturday October 4th when the door says they are open until 5. This is an EVERYDAY occurrence. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Go Store It - 2351 Terhune Alley include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 40 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Go Store It - 2351 Terhune Alley start from $15 and can go up to $174 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
