Buyer Beware. Even though I moved out out my storage unit in November they somehow keep managing to keep taking money out of my account and I have to fight every month to get my money back even though I do not have a unit anymore. They don't return your call very quickly when they owe you money. DO NOT PREAUTHORIZE anything as you will be fighting to get your money back long after you have vacated your unit. One time was frustrating but multiple times is infuriating ... Read more

Signed up for a unit, got everything in the unit after moving out of our house. Came back up to get my stuff out of the unit a month later. Gate code wouldn’t work, claimed the lease was never signed. They took two payments for the unit though, I’m not sure how that works. Called the number on the door, said the manager would call.. They never called, got the number to reach out to the manager. They turned it off so it went straight to voicemail. The people we reached out to tried to help us, but someone in the chain here is falling short. Assuming it’s management since it’s who their employees attempted to reach along with us multiple times. It’s an unmanned office at the facility so anything you have to do, it’s going to be a game of phone tag. One sided apparently, because the problem solvers don’t answer. They had us sitting out here for almost 3 hours at the points I’m writing this.. all of this took place during normal operating hours/days (Mon, Weds, Fri, Sat) as claimed by owner on another post here. This all took place on a Saturday. So apparently if you want someone to take your money, and not give you access to your property this is the place for you. ... Read more

I would like to clarify my posting from back in Nov. I was NOT repeat NOT saying my experience with Rhonda was bad ! No! Absolutely not! Rhonda was kind, and so helpful. I could not have asked for a more professional person. The irrigating and very unprofessional experience was the call center contacts; A guy “Paul” put me hold and never came back, not one of the contacts knew what they were doing. Beechmont Storage I would recommend but certainly not the call center. I want to publicly apologize to Rhonda if my review caused you any problems . You have my cell # if anyone wishes to speak to me. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Beechmont Self Storage - 709 Mount Moriah Drive include the following amenities: Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking and First Floor Access. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Beechmont Self Storage - 709 Mount Moriah Drive start from $24 and can go up to $325 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
