Read some helpful reviews of Beavercreek Storage Depot at 914 Factory Road, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Every time I have needed to speak to the owner I have been treated well and my problem is resolved efficiently. However, the choice of the management company and my experience with them... So Beavercreek Storage Depot is under new management. Basically what that means is that instead of a local staff at the facility managing it, it is now a remote management style. So, if something is needed quickly, you have to wait. When I first rented the unit I was given an access code that didn't work. I had to call the after hours number to get an emergency code and then was told I was going to have to call back the next day to get a real code. I would have preferred to have been called the next day rather than having to remember to call (I'm the customer paying for a service to be provided). I called back and got a real code, which I was told it would take 24 hours to update in the system. After 24 hours I tried the real code and it didn't work. I had to call the after hours number again and was again given an emergency code with the instructions to call back the next day for another real code. I called the next day and had to leave a voicemail. I didn't need to access my unit again for about a week, and when I went back I tried the emergency code. It didn't work. I call the management number and was told that my access code had been changed six days prior. Nobody ever called to let me know, instead I had to call. I haven't had any issues for the last week or so until today. I arrived to access my unit and the code box wasn't working. I called the management company number but they were closed (it was 8:45 am). I called the after hours number but was transferred to voicemail. I waited until nine hoping the management company would be open, and was able to speak to someone. After I told her what the code box was doing she told me that it must not be connected to the internet, and that she would contact the field agent to come and fix it. She then said "there is no need to wait around as I don't have an estimated time until it is fixed". It has currently been over 2.5 hours that I have not been able to access my 24-hour accessible unit. I called again to see if there might be an update as to how long, and I was told again that there is no need to wait around, and that they would call when it was fixed. Obviously I am frustrated, but I hope my review is rational, logical, and fair. ... Read more

I'm starting to not appreciate this place. Have been trying to get ahold of them for months, nobody is ever in the office when I call and there is not an answering machine to take my message. They took down their website that I was paying through around August I believe 2022, was told there would be a new website put up finally after I caught the guy in the office and was able to pay four months in advance, to keep any issues from arising. Now that I am traveling for the winter I am relying on my seventy-year-old mother to check the office periodically to see if they are in so I can pay my next few months. Not very pleased and and documenting every phone call that is not answered and every time my mother has to drive by to check to see if they are there during "business hours". ... Read more

I have been attempting to reach out to Beavercreek Storage Depot for months now. The discover credit card I had to autopay was stolen and I needed to change to a new discover. I’ve gone several times to try changing it, but nobody was working and it was between the hours posted. I also attempted to call but the voicemail box was full. Please contact me and let me know when you are working next, as I can’t get into my storage unit and need to update my card. Thank you!! ... Read more

I used this facility for 11 months. Squeaky clean. Very secure. Manager Tim extremely pleasant and helpful every time I checked or changed my billing options. Excellent communication. No hidden fees or surprises. Transparent in all fees and basic rules- all in writing and clearly stated. Reasonably priced. It far exceeded my expectations. I recommend them highly and will use them again. I found them on line and did not know Tim or the facility from 'Adam.' ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Beavercreek Storage Depot - 914 Factory Road include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Beavercreek Storage Depot - 914 Factory Road start from $76 and can go up to $168 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
