Joey was really awesome and helpful. He took the time to go through the enter and exit process. He was considerate throughout registration and getting to the unit. The unit is in good condition. There’s even an app to open and close gates from my phone! Thank you so much. ... Read more

Joey was here to help me with setting up my storage unit, he was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He answered every question I had and was very thorough in showing me the gates how the doors work and my unit. 10/10 I think he did an amazing job. My visit was on August 19! ... Read more

Public Storage has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had. I rented a unit for three months while going through a divorce, which was challenging enough. The first couple of months went smoothly since I paid upfront. However, I faced personal issues, including bank accounts being closed or seized by my wife, which caused me to fall behind. When I was eight days past the due date, I received a letter stating that my belongings could be auctioned off. I tried calling for assistance, but there was no answer; it felt like a robot-run company with an absent employee lounging on a beach somewhere. I spent an hour and a half at the gate trying to access my unit. Despite knowing I didn't owe money, they insisted I had an outstanding balance. After finally making a payment, the gate magically opened. There’s no one on-site at the facility, which is likely heated, and every time I called, I received no response. I wasted an hour and a half just trying to get answers while sitting outside their gate. Additionally, they charged a $40 late fee and a $20 auction fee—I'm not entirely sure about the latter. ... Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 3420 Niagara Falls Blvd include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 3420 Niagara Falls Blvd start from $44 and can go up to $262 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
