I've rented 3 storage units over the last 5 years and have nothing but great things to say about the units! Great security, great service, and great phone customer service the few times I've contacted them. The units are clean, dry and secure no leaks or problems were ever encountered. I highly recommend them! 10 star service!!! ... Read more

Whatever you do, find a different storage unit building other the the one on route 30 just outside of Constable. I just paid for a small 5×5 $70ish on Sunday, I advised them I don't need the unit as I thought and they won't even offer my February rental amount back they're keeping the full $70. 10/10 do NOT recommend their uncaring customer service. Not even 5 days after they took my payment in seconds but can't offer me even a partial refund. Absolutely disgusted in their poor customer service. ... Read more

Once contacting owners when I emptied locker. Travis texted me within 3hours This is on a holiday weekend mind you. Good communication. Understanding my situation with emptying locker due to my schedule. Spoke about a prorated refund and stopping auto withdraw from my account. No hassle. Getting refund. I noticed 2cameras 1 at gate. Another on building. Remember they just acquired this property . I know with any new venture it takes time to get property set up . Give them time to get improvements in and issues fixed ... Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Route 30 Self Storage - 15061 State Route 30 include the following amenities: 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Truck Rentals, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Unstaffed Location, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
