Rented a 10x5 on second floor. Easy billing to credit/debit. Plenty of hand carts. Good temp control range for storage needs. Tech is very modern and requires a smart phone and app download for access to: nearest front door (click app to open), elevator access (click app to open), storage unlock (click app to open). There is a bluetooth function to faciltate auto unlock as you near each unlock point. Pretty cool function overall, especially since you won't need to buy a padlock and worry about the dreaded "shoot I forgot the storage key" issue. And you can share and grant access with another person that downloads the app. They recommend using their available wifi for internet access since cell service could be spotty as you get into the depths of the facility which is large and deep when you need to open up your storage. The camera security is probably the most aggressive I have seen in all of Reno. Every corner, hallway, access point, and a few more for giggles and blindspots. I suspect the elevators have a camera as well, but it's small if it does. They sweep, dust, and clean hallways every day? Probably! Very clean. Impressed by that since every other facility is dusty in comparison. Really nice that part. Best in Reno, says I. They have a bathroom on first floor as well. Nice. Unexpected perk when the need arises. The storage units on second floor have a larger height component that is accessible. Bonus, since we have very light and bulky shipping peanuts that take room and perfectly work up there if you can stack it there. The most modern, secure, and clean indoor storage facility in Reno.
