Overall a good buying experience with NIRVC Las Vegas. Originally we were looking at the Pheonix NIRVC location with salesman T Cunningham. He was great and very helpful even though we ended up not purchasing from the Pheonix location. Sales experience at Las Vegas was, I want to say as expected. Our walkthrough tech Webster, while young, did a good job of going over the RV with us showing all components function properly, how to use them and location. Webster was very good at taking down notes/pictures and following up on any questions or concerns we had about the unit and finding answers for us if he didn't have them on hand. It was refreshing to see the younger staff members taking their jobs seriously and attending to customers. He was not the only one I noticed doing good work. Our salesman Gary made sure we had plenty of NIRVC swag. Another salesman also assisted me while I was there even though he was unrelated to my transaction. The regional GM Paul happened to be in town during our time there and made it a priority to make sure my concerns were resolved prior to our departure from Las Vegas to drive 3500 miles home with our new RV. He was very personable, attentive and honest. Sesty in Texas also assisted in my transaction. She was precise and awesome. She was readily able to answer any of my questions on the financial side of my transaction and was very pleasant to speak with. Closing document process was painless, well explained and we had a great guy doing our paperwork. Unfortunately as it's been a couple of weeks since we left, I hope I got everyone's names correctly in this review and regret that I do not recall all other employees that were helpful during my experience. I'm not great with remembering names but did my best. Everyone was great. Downside: Partially my error to not ensure that I would have after hours access to the gated area for me to camp overnight and relied solely on the information that I "would be" able to get in after provided instructions. I had a lot of irons in the fire for the trip. Unfortunately, I was unable to get in. On the other side of the coin: NIRVC should have also done their part to make sure I had the access that was promised. The following day at opening - this issue was resolved quickly and apologized for by more than one employee. One cosmetic item on my RV is slated for repair/replacement. This item is supposed to be shipped to me under warranty as the vehicle purchased is new and I do not live in the area. If I remember to update I will. Our RV made the trip flawlessly but, this is due to our due diligence on choosing the right RV for our usage, thoroughly inspecting the unit prior to delivery as mechanical/experienced owners and the manufacturer of said vehicle having built this unit correctly. I'll just leave this down here if you made it this far. Our salesman, was a salesman. The kind you expect. It's not my cup of tea. But when you think of one. He sure is it. I'm not sure if he is new at NIRVC or if it's a personality or trained trait but it seemed most questions we had as buyers weren't necessarily answered but more were offered "here look at the shiny thing" instead. Just total detract or distract instead of giving or finding answers. The other salesmen at this location did not appear to me to conduct business this way but I could be wrong. Honestly, had we of not been after a specific vehicle w/installed upgrade accessories and this dealer offers a no gimmicks good price, we would have gone elsewhere. We figured if in person the experience wasn't better past this person, I would just drive over to Pheonix NIRVC and get the same vehicle but without the installed upgraded options and have to drive further to get home. National Indoor RV Las Vegas gave us first class sales, financing and quality care during our new purchase. Our new motorhome was washed and ready for us to pick up, and they couldn’t have been nicer. Gary was our salesman and Lee also helped us with the sales side of things. Eric was our finance fella and did a wonderful job getting us a great rate. And Webster was so knowledgeable showing us how to operate everything on the coach! Ok Where do i begin. I have been a client at the North Las Vegas location of NIRVC. It has been a flawlessly amazing experience and continues to be so. Astro is the Valet Manager at this location. Astro has always made sure that he and his team provide A+ service with every transaction. My vehicles serve our fallen veterans and first responders and are always prepped and ready to go to serve our heroes upon my request. The team is always attentive and professional at every turn. There is such a sense or peace and security leaving my expensive vehicles there. I know that Astro and his team treat every customers vehicles as if they were their own. They have a very tight unit and it runs like a well oiled machine. Valet Manager Astro is an asset to NIRVC and his work ethic and professionalism should bring pride to the NIRVC brand. We had an amazing experience at Indoor RV Center, Las Vegas, thanks to Mark W (sales)! He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and most of all — patient. Mark spent over four hours with us as we explored different RV models, offering expert knowledge on each one and answering every question we had. We picked up our coach. Joe (in Finance) made everything super easy. We purchased our new coach with Paul and he retired maybe a week before we picked it up so we didn't get to thank him in person for everything he has done. He moved back to Washington so we will hopefully take a trip up his way later this year and see him. Paul had Justin help us out when we arrived on Monday to get our coach. Anthony did our walkthrough and then we were handed over to Dennis, whom is our service adviser. Dennis took care of us while we were there for a couple nights and got everything in order. We recently purchased our (new to us) Pace Arrow from NIRVC. Shopping from Northern Minnesota, we found the coach online and knew nothing of NIRVC, outside of what reviews we could find. We called and Jayson answered! No menu prompts, no random voicemail, a REAL LIVE person. Maybe we are antiques in this world, but this thrilled us. After a number of calls and emails, Jayson answered EVERY SINGLE TIME, we took advantage of their "Fly and Buy" program, and set off to make what was, for us, one of the biggest purchases of our lives. We did not buy new, nor did we buy the most expensive coach in their lot, but, from the moment we landed we were taken care of, questions answered, and we were treated as if we were no different than someone buying one of their multi million dollar rigs. Our "Team", consisting of Jayson, Anthony, Joe, and several others, made our experience seamless and comfortable. Anthony was able to answer most of our questions about the coach and the questions he couldn't answer, he either found someone who knew or he took time to research using his resources. Joe worked with us doing everything he could to get us the financing we needed at the rates we wanted. Jayson was just a rockstar from day 1 with us. He was patient, understanding, and took the time to get to know us. He coordinated the whole process from getting the coach ready for us prior to us arriving, he picked us up from the airport and drove us to the dealership, found a place for us to store our suitcases, introduced us to "our team", and then brought us to our new home on wheels, elegantly on display in their showroom. We have had a number of people visiting and inspecting the newest member of our small community and we tell the story of our buying experience at NIRVC Las Vegas.
