I’ve been with this storage center since May 2025. Prior to the new ownership, everything was fine - secure, clean, well-lit, well-maintained - but there was never anyone on-site to provide assistance, answer questions, etc., when I first rented my unit. I’ve had excellent experiences with U.S. Storage at both the Durango and Flamingo locations. The staff at both places is incredibly friendly, helpful, and easygoing, which made everything stress-free from start to finish.
At the Durango location, Jeff was outstanding. He took his time to explain all the options, answered every question, and genuinely helped me find the best storage solution instead of rushing the process. You can tell he really cares about his customers.
At the Flamingo location, Kelly made the new contract sign-up smooth and simple. The process was quick, well explained, and super easy thanks to her help.

I am moving across town and was only going to get one unit at this location. The staff here is friendly and helpful with renting and helping me to have the stuff I needed. I ended up renting four more units to hold the rest of a friend’s and my household stuff. They actually recognize me when I come in to drop items off and check to see if I need anything, what a nice change. There are clean bathrooms in the lobby when it is open and the climate control makes such a difference. Great place to store stuff. The only bad part is the elevators close too quickly. ... Read more

Here are my reasons : 1)super convenient location, right off the highway of flamingo 2)good pricing that is competitive and most likely will beat the other competitors 3)easy to use their online system or their app you can download and You can have on your phone. 4)Same day rentals. They put the lock and key in the unit for you and you don’t even have to ever go into the office . You just fill out the info , pay then your good to go . I recently upgraded to another unit at Extra Space Storage, and the experience has been fantastic from start to finish. The facility is clean, secure, and well-organized, with all the modern features you’d expect — easy access, great lighting, free carts to use on the premises.

I’m so sad to heard people taking about security in this place.
Clean 5 stars that’s for sure no doubt about it
Bud security …this place is being robbed few time already crazy though about it is that the same day that I called police to do my report because someone broke into my storage I met other customer that his storage unit was robbed couple weeks previous.
The robbers used the same door to get into the facilities and bring his ladder to check inside the units and picked up the right ones for them.
One camera at outside door doesn’t help at all and no lights around since is a school at the back don’t help neither.
Looks like this company don’t really care about their customers they just relied on the insurance company, sadly must of the time things inside those units can reached out the max coverage easily and also can be invaluable items.
I’m really sad for all my stuff that I lost but more disappointed and mad of this company that doesn’t care about Us.
